Premier1 Auto Care

I would like to share some honest feedback about my recent service experience. I was told that the maintenance light on my Prius could not be reset due to a possible system issue and that a $185 diagnostic fee would be necessary. However, I consulted ChatGPT, followed its simple instructions, and successfully reset… Read full review

Christian has been so amazing with the care of my jeep and me... I will keep going back... he even took the time to text and explain everything when I needed it...

The agents are always kind and courteous. The mechanics do a great job going over all the points of service that can be found. They are also quick.

Absolutely amazing service from Caleb and the rest of the team! Worked with me every step of the way on my repairs, worked around my work schedule, and made sure I was aware of any additional issues the vehicle may have. I went in for AC repair work and my AC has NEVER been as fast and cold as it is now! I was so… Read full review

They inspected my brakes and determined they did not need service yet. There was no charge. I like the feel of this shop.

Work on the vehicle was fine, a bit over priced compared to a dealership but that’s kinda expected. This biggest issue was very very poor communication, i dropped my vehicle off on a Monday at 8am, they needed to get some quotes and information and i not once got a call from the shop. I followed up once a day in the… Read full review

Caleb is an excellent representative for Premier1 Auto. The staff there are courteous, professional, and keep you abreast of your vehicle repairs. They do great work each time I take my Maserati in for service. It alleviates me having to drive all the way to Austin as I trust the quality of their services at Premier1 Auto.

My service manager Christan took care of my trucks needs to including oil and filter service and replaced my tire pressure sensor. Have been trusting Premier Auto with my truck for over 2 years, couldn’t be happier with the service I have received

Top notch service.. trustworthy customer service... overall just great..

Premier1 is the ONLY place in San Antonio that we trust. Thorough and HONEST service. They take great pride in their work and we've never had an issue with their integrity. So happy to recommend them. Updating this on 5/15/2026. We moved across town a couple years ago; which made it too difficult to get our repairs… Read full review

I took my VW in on a Wednesday at 12p. Not only was I able to get in right away, but Caleb was super helpful and friendly! I will be a regular here now for maintenance and oil changes versus the dealership!

Only place I will have my vehicle serviced, the staff is wonderful, Christian took great care of me and vehicle. They never pressure you to have more work than needed and their prices are very competitive.

Great hospitality provided by all folks. Brought my car in with a randomly occurring mystery noise. Diagnosed and repaired quickly.

Great spot to bring your car! The guys are always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They also don’t delay on getting it fixed, so I didn’t have to wait long to get my car back.

Great service and professional staff. Foreign cars service is hard to find. Trust is key when allowing someone to work on your vehicle. Upfront cost analysis and support staff coordination with me was seamless.

Always a great experience here! Kaleb has great customer service. Would highly recommend.

We always bring our Maseratis here great service! Our representative Caleb always helpful to us. We truly trust this auto shop with our vehicles

I have been with Premier 1 a little over a year. Very intelligent front of the house Mgrs. They connect with everyone in a rare caring way. I highly recommend Premier1 Auto Care!! Excellent all the way around!

Premier1 always takes care of their client. They are very respectful and walk through their estimation process without trying to upsell you. Will definitely go back!

Always a good experience. I've been bringing in my vehicles since Premier opened in ~2018/19, not once have I had a bad experience. This stands true for both the Chrysler products (painful to fix/maintain sometimes) and Toyota products I've brought in for service. Premier technicians have corroborated dealer… Read full review

I just had a great experience with Premier1 Auto Care. My dealership had recommended a ton of maintenance for my 2020 Ram 1500. Exceptional, friendly, prompt and affordably priced. Very busy, but customer service is "premier1"! Thanks so much to everyone, and especially Wayne for taking the time to go over ALL of the suggested services (photos included) and doing exactly what you said you would at a very fair cost! 👍

Awesome diagnostic work. Had an unusual noise that was quite difficult to find but turned out to be harmless and easily remedied. Rather than start throwing parts at the problem, they took the time to figure out what was really going on. Very professional shop.

Wayne was my service advisor and took care of all my questions and concerns every step of the way. Premier1 came in under my dealer quote for new brakes, and I'm so glad they did. Outstanding Customer Service as always. The staff and owners are always very transparent and straightforward with you. Premier 1 is a great alternative to the local dealerships. Mary and David provided excellent customer service and both were very knowledgeable about my vehicle. Look forward to becoming a long term customer.

The team is very conscientious and professional. First let me say I drive a 2016 Ford F-250 Turbo Diesel, But it took an hour plus to do an oil change, and it cost $150.00! I may have to do some price shopping for the next one.

Good people. Honest and upfront about what needs to be done to your vehicle. Competitive pricing too.

my oil change was 2 quart short of 4 quart

Excellent customer service. Kashaun and crew are very HONEST and PROFESSIONAL!!!! Recommend to anyone that needs car repairs from a simple oil change to major repairs!!!! Awesome honest group!!!!
