Premier1 Auto Care

Excellent service as always. Extremely knowledgeable staff and always a pleasure to do business here. Shout out to Caleb for going above and beyond.

Professional, Friendly service. My issues were resolved without any incidents. Highly recommended. I will keep returning for future vehicle needs.

This Shop Has Great Customer Service, Pricing, Employees & Communication. I Highly Recommend Them. And Have Already Recommended Them To My Friends And Family. Bringing Both Of My Cars Back For Sure.

What a wonderful experience at Premier1 Auto Care. My Lexus rides so smooth with my new tires and Yesi and David were incredible people to work with. Kudos and keep up the excellent work. I’ll be back!!

My experience upgrading rims and tires was not the best here. I had to take my car to another shop to install the wheel spacer needed. Also, the same rim/tires in another shop would have saved me almost $300. My recommendation is to explore other shops around.

I couldn't be more pleased with the crew at Premier1. They are thorough, courteous and value minded. My Toyota Highlander had an issue with the anti lock brake system and the tires. They had it cleared up in 2 days.

Professionalism at its finest. Great staff, dedicated owner. Best place in San Antonio for all your car needs!!

Love this place! Wouldn't take my cars anywhere else!

We always appreciate the high level of service Kushan and his employees provide. The care this company has for their customers is above and beyond. We had a mistake on our part with our tires but Joey was the man of the hour and with professionalism and care helped us get the tires we needed. We trust no other place… Read full review

Exceptional, friendly, prompt and affordably priced. Very busy, but customer service is "premier1"! Thanks so much to everyone, and especially Wayne for taking the time to go over ALL of the suggested services (photos included) and doing exactly what you said you would at a very fair cost! 👍

Premier1 provided a fast and efficient check on a used vehicle I purchased. They confirmed the engine was sound and prioritized services and maintenance this 16 old car may require. Service completed on time for a fair price.

Wonderful experience. Great to finally find a mechanic we can trust to do what’s best for our car and not just what’s best for their wallet. They took the time to explain everything to us as well as our different option to fit our budget. Can’t recommend them enough!

Outstanding Customer Service as always. The staff and owners are always very transparent and straightforward with you. Best part is they offer dealer OEM quality workmanship with the hospitality of a neighborhood shop. I take both my Toyota’s since they have Toyota/Lexus certified technicians on staff. Won’t trust anyone else with my baby (my Tundra).

Premier 1 Auto did an excellent job figuring out what was wrong with my car. They were honest about the time it would take them to do the work. They got to it promptly and did a beautiful job. Car drives like a dream now, like a much younger car. Premier 1 Auto took great care of me!

Put new tires and rins on my truck. They quoted me for less than anyone else I could find. Then they came in under that number. This was almost $100 less than anyone else wanted to do it for. Then they notified me that my shocks were leaking. I would not have known otherwise. I appreciated their honesty and… Read full review

Fantastic services and customer care. Kushan, General Manager, took personal interest as well as his service manger in insuring the wide, low profile tires were mounted with some of the best equipment on the market and no Mars or scuffs to the wheels and the TPMS installed were communicating with the car correctly.… Read full review

I have patronized Premiere1 for the past 2 1/2 years, because they consistently provide excellent customer service, accompanied with exceptional quality, automotive workmanship. The Premiere1 Team ensures the services are provided at 100% satisfaction and backs it up with a 3year warranty. I highly promote this… Read full review

My biggest fear with mechanics is being taken advantage of as a female. I have never received charges here that I had to question. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will never bring my car anywhere else.

Great shop that values good customer service. Definitely one of the nicest shops in the area! Kushan was exceptional! Visited his shop to install tires purchased on Tire Rack and he made it a simple and easy process. After getting to know Kushan I will definitely be bringing my car back for future service.
