My 2009 Jeep Compass broke down (manual transmission part worn-out) and the good people at Premier1 assist with the tow truck, worked the problem and was able to get my vehicle operating again two days later. Had a lot of things done to my 1988 Jaguar XJS. Repairs were completed very quickly. My car now looks & runs like great. Should last me for quite awhile. Premier1 did a great job. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!

Best around for getting car service done. I used to go to the Chevy dealer but too many loooong waits for an oil change and surprise “oh while your here, (fill in the blank) needs to get done.” No thanks ! Just had my vehicle serviced at Premier. In addition to saving me a lot of money, Mike and Yesi both educated me on my vehicle needs. My family has used Premier for years—always a great experience. tech did a great job identifying issue with the vibrations - turned it needed was transmission fluid being and replacement of engine mounts - great job and improvements were noticeable

We have taken all 3 of our vehicles to Premier1 for various things and have been impressed every time. The service staff is friendly, they have excellent communication and give updates regularly, their pricing is very competitive and their work is impeccable. Premier1 is the best, hands down.

Wayne did a fantastic job keeping us updated on the progress of the repairs on my Pathfinder. He also explained everything in a way that we could understand. They were so busy, but finished my car 1 day before it was estimated done. Fantastic experience!

It not often that a repair shop comes in under their estimate. They did only the required work and did it well. They went above in cleaning up the engine bay. Completely trust them.

Excellent service and very professional.

Outstanding Customer Service as always. The staff and owners are always very transparent and straightforward with you. Best part is they offer dealer OEM quality workmanship with the hospitality of a neighborhood shop. I take both my Toyota’s since they have Toyota/Lexus certified technicians on staff. Won’t trust anyone else with my baby (my Tundra).

David, Will, and Monica are amazing. Highly recommend this place for great work. I’ll never go to another shop, they are honest and with fair prices.
