Excellent service as always. Extremely knowledgeable staff and always a pleasure to do business here. Shout out to Caleb for going above and beyond.
Excellent work and excellent customer service ! Will definitely take my vehicle back . I highly recommend.
I was able to get an appt right away. Justin was great. Alignment is perfect on my lifted GX, and the technician explained to me what adjustments were made. Would recommend 100%.
My e55 had an issue that needed diagnosing and repairing. Adam looked after me and the mechanics did a thorough inspection over the vehicle and recommended maintenance items with clear pictures/videos and explanations. Original issue was addressed as well as suggested maintenance items from flush out and replacing…
Took about a week to get everything done. (Had to ship in parts and I had a lot done to my car) However. Car drives better than ever. AC actually works now. Will definitely be returning for anything else I may need done in the future. You can trust these guys 100%
This Shop Has Great Customer Service, Pricing, Employees & Communication. I Highly Recommend Them. And Have Already Recommended Them To My Friends And Family. Bringing Both Of My Cars Back For Sure.
Had an amazing experience at Premier1! They provided excellent service and listened to my needs when it came to the issues on my car! They are also very reasonably priced! The staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
Great experience! I will trust them with my car again!
The people were super nice, accommodating, and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for a better shop to take my car to and I will definitely continue to come here for service.
Had an oil change and tire alignment here. Everyone was very nice! I will definitely be back.
update for 3/31/2023 My engine light came on and they repaired as I was driving home with the vehicle it came back on. I called the company and they came to my home and picked up the car. Left a loaner for me to drive. They found another sensor out and replaced it without charging me. I then drove to Arlington and…
My experience upgrading rims and tires was not the best here. I had to take my car to another shop to install the wheel spacer needed. Also, the same rim/tires in another shop would have saved me almost $300. My recommendation is to explore other shops around.
Promp friendly service. Didn’t try to sell you something not asked for, performed the work asked for and nothing else. Would recommend to a friend.
Amazing service and professionalism with a quick turn around time. Transparent on what needed to be done with no up sale. Thanks again!
John and the service went above and beyond as usual. Thank you all for your help!
My go-to shop for all my BMW needs. Professional and courteous staff gives me peace of mind that my vehicle needs are in perfect hands. They kept me updated through the services.
Excellent service! Reasonable prices, patient and informative customer service, very comfortable waiting area. Highly recommended for minor and major service and repairs.
Outstanding customer service and care. Always great service from the fine folks at Premier 1. They service both of my Toyotas. Wouldn’t take them anywhere else.
I needed an alignment after getting a lift for my 4Runner. This shop (specifically John) was recommended. The manager and techs were all very welcoming and got my vehicle in quickly. I have a smooth drive now and couldn't be more confident that the job was done by the best in the business.
Really quick service. I had just put new tires on my car and needed to check my alignment real quick. They were able to fit me in at the last minute and we were on our way very quickly. Nice waiting area and all of the staff were pleasant to work with.
Awesome shop! Completed the repair in a timely manner. Friendly staff, clean waiting room and facilities. Would recommend and will be back!
We always appreciate the high level of service Kushan and his employees provide. The care this company has for their customers is above and beyond. We had a mistake on our part with our tires but Joey was the man of the hour and with professionalism and care helped us get the tires we needed. We trust no other place…
Had a modification done on my SUV and needed an alignment. They did a perfect job in a timely manner. The customer service was excellent.
Sam was so very helpful with scheduling my service and checking me in and keeping me updated throughout the process. Wayne was super helpful at helping me get the timing and drop-off arranged. I have always dreaded taking a vehicle to the shop because I’ve had multiple negative encounters at other places with prior…
Excellent all around. Thank you!!
Premier1 Auto Care always has exceptional customer service, and stands behind their work. The team is very nice and helpful!
We were going to use the dealership to fix my car, but after speaking with the service agent at Premier 1we changed our mind and felt confident in using them. Their service agents are NOT on commission, and so we didn’t feel like they were trying to have us repair something unnecessary. Wayne took a lot of time…
By far the best experience I've had with a auto shop. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend Premier for all your auto care needs!
This is my new favorite go-to shop for my Tundra and Audi!! Wayne and Will up front are absolutely great guys! Extremely friendly and professional. Got my Tundra serviced by the one and only John and he did a fantastic job! Thanks you guys!
Great place! Professional, clean and friendly business right from the start pulling up to check in and wait room amenities. They even thought of those folks that have little ones as there's a small play area to keep them busy. Windows to watch the mechanics. I needed to have my alignment checked on my 91 Toyota…
Wayne from Premier one was very helpful and courteous, he helped me out with determine what services take priority on my repairs and what might be able to be done at a later point of time. All repairs and services where performed with quality and very fast. I got a detailed report on what the technician did and how…
I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team at Premier1. My experience from start (unexpectedly needing to have my truck towed to them because of engine trouble) to finish (an entirely new engine installed) was the greatest customer service I have ever encountered in dealing with any auto repair shop I have used…
The staff at Premier1 Auto Care were courteous, professional, and informative. I worked mostly with Sam and had a couple of conversations with Will. I was kept updated frequently on the status of my car and their team worked diligently to get all my car's needs taken care of and quickly. Thank you for all your hard work. ~ Jennifer Nava
I used their services for the first time and walked away very pleased with the work, especially the extra details they took care of on their own to make things right. Same certified master techs you will see at the dealership, but with better pricing. Great customer service from the start. Local family owned business will get my support every time.
Great service and very professional. The man who knows mustangs did an awesome job and I will be back for other services to be done.
Wayne was an awesome person to work with coming into town. A little ways away from where we live now but I will GLADLY drive there whenever I need something done on my VW.
Staff was ver professional and did a great job with my alignment.. The office and waiting area were very clean which I appreciate with the times were going thru currently. All in all, I had a great experience from the time I showed up till the time I left. I would definitely use Premier1 again and highly recommend the business..
The entire staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Wayne took the time to explain everything. He was gracious enough to understand my concerns and put my mind at ease, while not just trying to "up sell". I am so glad I found this place.
Premier1 provided a fast and efficient check on a used vehicle I purchased. They confirmed the engine was sound and prioritized services and maintenance this 16 old car may require. Service completed on time for a fair price.
Good customer service from beginning to end. Will definitely use again and height recommended
Outstanding Customer Service as always. The staff and owners are always very transparent and straightforward with you. Best part is they offer dealer OEM quality workmanship with the hospitality of a neighborhood shop. I take both my Toyota’s since they have Toyota/Lexus certified technicians on staff. Won’t trust anyone else with my baby (my Tundra).
Excellent customer service and very professional. The waiting area also has massage chairs while you wait so that was a nice touch. Highly recommend them to everyone.
Excellent customer service, everyone seems happy and enjoying what they do. Will definitely return. Keep it up guys!
Great shop with very professional and knowledgeable staff. Very helpful and willing to adapt to better help you. Went in to verify my wheel alignment was good. It was fine and no charges. They then tried other methods to figure out what was wrong. Ultimately came to what was wrong and found some other stuff to keep…
Went in for an Alignment and added some upgraded Tie Rods after lifting my truck. P1 Auto & Will Bryant & John Reimann were phenomenal from start to finish. Super professional. will highly recommend family and friends here!
Terrific customer service - professional, punctual, transparent. Will called me every day to give me an update...it’s often difficult waiting for repairs, but knowing what’s happening along the way makes the wait much more bearable. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to get away from…
My first visit to Premier1 Auto Care, the tornado siren goes off. They quickly escorted us to a room in the center of the building. When it was over everyone resumed business as usual. What an experience! They are awesome, here you will get personal service and quality work for your car. The prices are better than…
The customer service is amazing!! They're very polite on the phone. I had scheduled a diagnostic scan of my truck and a state inspection. They provided me a break down of critical and non-critical repairs needed to be done. I received text message reminders of my appointment. The lobby was something I would expect…
Excellent customer service. Kashaun and crew are very HONEST and PROFESSIONAL!!!! Recommend to anyone that needs car repairs from a simple oil change to major repairs!!!! Awesome honest group!!!!
I have been looking for a place in San Antonio to work on my Maserati since the Maserati dealership closed earlier this year. Everyone has been saying they don't have the specialized equipment needed. I am so glad I found this place. They have the equipment and the knowledge. They treated me as well, or better, than…
