Santiago was clear, concise and got the job done!
Wow! Best experience with a plumber ever. The first person I dealt with at Premium was superb, caring of my situation and got me scheduled for the next day since we were in the throes of a hurricane when I called. I got texts to verify my appointment and the next day the plumber showed up on time after texting he…
Joe has helped me with many plumbing issues at my house! He is always timely and sooo helpful, kind, and honest! I would recommend him as a plumber for anything!
This Company is the BEST in Bismarck. They go that extra mile and beyond--professional and pleasant, from prompt service to clean-up.

Excellent
Santiago arrived on time and quickly replaced the waste pump that had failed. While onsite, I had another plumbing issue (waste stack drain blocked) that he was able to fit into his schedule and resolve for us. Just not having to reschedule for another visit was really helpful to managing that emergency plumbing in…
Premium Plumbing continues to be at the top! From in-office personnel to Santiago and Louis in the field, they truly are honest, genuine, professional, knowledgeable and an overachieving group for all of your plumbing repair needs. We would recommend them ten times over!
Water heat was leaking and pipes were making a noise. Called Megan and she was again the best! Friendly, helpful, reassuring and most importantly took care of me and my problem. Corey came out and he was again awesome. I feel like Corey is my 4th son! He is respectful, friendly, and he knows what he's doing. I…
Very courteous and professional.
Santiago was very professional and informative. I would highly suggest anyone using him.
Extremely professional, great communicating as to what was found, and provided plan to correct the issue.
Great work, came on time and took the time to show me how to unclog the drain myself in the future to avoid unnecessary calls. Friendly professional and very knowledgeable.
Benjamin was very thorough and professional. He explained everything clearly.
I looked at the reviews like your doing and gave them a call. I had a rental property that needed a plumber asap and they got me in the very next day! Benjamin sent me a text with his photo and a cool link to use when he was on his way that I shared with my tenants so they could track his arrival and had the name…
I highly recommend Premium Plumbing! The company was so fast to respond and schedule an inspection. Mark was sent out and he knew exactly what to do to rectify my issues. He was very knowledgable, professional, and friendly to me and my two dogs. Great Service!
As always, the team at premium plumbing outshined the rest! They have become my go to company for any plumbing needs!
Louis was a pleasure to work with! Very knowledgeable and explained every step! Finally we have our dishwasher properly installed and plumbing fixed … we will definitely use Louis again for future repairs or projects!
The best experience I have ever had with a plumber. Super quick, friendly and VERY reasonable
Mark was quite literally the most pleasant person I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I had what I thought were two easy jobs for him, but it turns out they were much more complicated than I expected. Mark handled the issues with great professionalism and did whatever it took to get the jobs done to my satisfaction. I…
I accidentally called Premium Plumbing by a googling and clicking mistake, but so glad I did instead of the name brand Roto Rooter that we usually use. Not only were they half the price for the same job, Louis was so friendly and helpful. He fixed the clogged and offered recommendations that we can do on our own to…
Corey was exceptional. Communicated every step of process and was very thorough.
Louis was very informative and helpful.
Just wanted to say that Luis and Benjamin not only did a great job and were both courteous and professional, but they gave us all the necessary info in a friendly manner! My father is 76 and called to get the help he needed, getting our kitchen sink unclogged, and he definitely got that and more! BIG THANKS to Luis,…
This is the second time I’ve used Premium. They are now my go to plumbers.
Corey and Noah did a great job. Corey was very smart and knowledgeable. Thank you 😊

Corey was great! Polite and explained everything in detail, would highly recommend.
Thank you Premium Plumbing for sending Louis and his helper Louis to clean out our stinky bathroom drains. While here, he was able to repair my leaking faucet. I would definitely use them anytime I need a plumber.
Corey was extremely professional and felt his passion for the business. I’d recommend Corey to anyone that needs plumbing service.
I have nothing but good 2 say about the service I received. The technician, Corey was knowledgeable and courteous and got the job done. I have found my new go to plumber with premium Plumbing and will be the one I recommend to all my friends. Thank you Premier Plumbing by giving me my sink back.!🤩
My main toilet was blocked, the technician was very polite, clean, listened intently to my explanation, explained his suggested process of resolving the problem and thoroughly went over the pricing, aiming to resolve the problem with a reasonable price, which still seamed very high for what was done. This gentleman represented his company very well.
Louis was amazing! Clean, knowledgeable, professional, everything you need in a plumber. I had a clogged pipe and after six different plumbers and three weeks with no bathroom, Premium Plumbing was able to find the issue and fix it! I am so grateful I called and they were able to help me. 10/10 this is the first and…
I was very impressed with how fast I received response to my voicemail, and in very short order, I received notification that someone was on the way (and I could track their location through a website sent to me in a text message informing me thy were on their way). They assessed the clog situation, provided me (a…
I filled out a contact request on their website & within an hour Megan called me to set up an appointment! She was so sweet and professional and even got someone to come out less than 2 hours later! They texted me a confirmation of my technician which included his picture (which made me feel safe). Corey and his…
I truly cannot say enough about Premium Plumbing and Louis. Seriously, a billion stars! Louis’ demeanor and determination kept my nerves at ease for the entire day. We had a clog, not your normal clog, something solid that would not budge. I am absolutely convinced had Louis not been SO determined to get it, we…
Louis was friendly and honest. He did not try to up sell us. Took care of the problem immediately. Thank you!!
Corey is the best plumber I've ever hired. He is very knowledgeable about his work. He is ALWAYS EARLY and very professional. I will only allow Corey to be on my Job sites. I've used other plumbing companies before but never again. Corey is my permanent plumber. Oh and let's not forget about Megan. She is…
Alex was Professional and on time. Super helpful. Thank you!
Satisfied customer here! Such a wonderful staff! Megan, who took my service call was exceptionally helpful and courteous on the phone. Chris, the technician who helped unclog our toilet/shower was professional and tidy. He fixed it in no time and used the camera to help find where the issue was. He even went outside…
