We hired this great company to move my Mom and below is her review: We have moved many times over the years—probably close to ten moves—so we have a lot to compare this experience to, and Premium Movers did an outstanding job! This is the second residential apartment moved that they helped me with and I cannot say enough great things about each team! Since day one Victor answered every question I had with patience and respect. Mind you I made more than one phone call. We were supposed to move on the 31st of the month and move in on the first of the month. That meant our items were going to be in storage over night in his facility. The day before the move we… Read full review

They were incredible. We moved two third-floor apartments into another third-floor apartment, and they did it in under four hours! Excellent Moving Company! Very friendly, courteous, and professional! They packed up our apartment, stored for a few days and then moved us to our new apartment. I highly recommend them.

We used Q to move our belongings out of the college dorm and into storage for the summer, then back into our apartment during Boston's move-in day. The price was incredibly reasonable given the quality of service, communication, and work ethic they brought on the days that mattered most. Highly recommend, and we'd gladly work with them again.

Second move with Premium Q! They’re on time and extremely reasonably priced. My more recent move was a local one bedroom move. I did have a chair break and an item left in the truck. I would have also appreciated my couch cushions to be moved with wrap or blankets rather than thrown in the truck. I would recommend 3… Read full review

I had to move from Medford Ma to Everett Ma, and I had reserved a storage on Public Storage on Broadway Everett Ma to store the stuff that I did not need in the new apartment. I've worked with Premium Q twice and I had a great experience both times. Fast, efficient, easy to work with, and reasonably priced.

Was quoted $535 for a min of 3hrs. They started charging me at 7:40am when they didn’t even get to my house until 8:30am. Charged me to 12pm when they finished at 11:15am. When I say their 5 rating is beyond well deserved! They went above and beyond in every way, and some of the hardest working/focused and a UNIT working together.
