Premium Q Moving and Storage for moving-related storage

We used Q to move our belongings out of the college dorm and into storage for the summer, then back into our apartment during Boston's move-in day. The price was incredibly reasonable given the quality of service, communication, and work ethic they brought on the days that mattered most. Highly recommend, and we'd gladly work with them again.
We had such a great experience with this moving company from start to finish! Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Getting a quote and estimate was easy, and whenever I had questions, they responded to my emails quickly and provided clear, helpful answers. On moving day, they kept us updated…
Excellent service from start to end. Our coordinator, Victor, has been responsive and clear regarding the estimate and process. The crew who moved our belongings were quick and efficient, while being very careful with all the items. The cost was very reasonable. I definitely recommend Premium Q, who were…
Was quoted $535 for a min of 3hrs. They started charging me at 7:40am when they didn’t even get to my house until 8:30am. Charged me to 12pm when they finished at 11:15am. Asked the guy if they charge for delivery they said no they just get paid by the hour and if it’s local it’s fine. Sent them videos and photos to…
I had a 5 star GREAT experience with this company. I was moving out of South Boston and into Quincy and Victor + Archer did an incredible job with my stuff. Wrapped up fragile items, offered to help with anything and everything. Outstanding company, couldn't recommend it any higher.
I had the best experience with Premium Q moving. The packing job they did for me was exceptional. I had a fragile piece of art that was very large and it arrived(after storage) in perfect condition. The guys were attentive, had great ideas and were incredibly hard working. I can’t recommend this company enough. I…
The crew was awesome, diligent and knew exactly what needed to be accomplished
Scheduled moving assistance with packing a storage unit for an upcoming move. Two man team who arrived were very polite, worked efficiently, patient with me when asking suggestions on how to pack/wrap specific items (and my apologies for dust bunnies found when furniture was moved!), and were extremely careful with my possessions.
Terrific service - would highly recommend!
The move team did everything the quote stated they would do. Called each morning indicating they were on their way with expected arrival time. Each member of the team introduced themselves and were very courteous. Team leader, Florian, explained everything they were going to do and then they did it. And they all…
Friendly, fast, efficient and willing to do anything.
Hired PremiumQ for a two day, three location move in Boston on Labor Day wkd. From the moment I called to inquire to the email follow up to book my reservation to the moving workers tireless hauling, and the billing - all was excellent! I highly recommend using PremiumQ for any move! Special thanks to Victor & Josh…
The whole move experience went off without any issues. The movers communicated every step of the way, were on time, did the work as quickly as they could and took excellent care of everything. Would 100% use them again.
Everyone was amazing! They were the cheapest quote we received and did an amazing job. Will definitely be using for our next move too.
Efficient, professional, and organized. They carried a dresser and other large furniture up four flights of a narrow staircase, managed a busy North End move, and were quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend.
Fantastic professional job as before. This time it was for the move-in after 8 months of storage - the move in was flawless and also we were amazed that all of our items were in excellent condition and no dust whatsoever after 8 months of storage. The guys also did not create any scuffs at all in the hallways while…
I highly recommend Premium Q Moving and Storage! I had such an amazing experience with them, they made my move so easy! It was my first move on my own and they were so helpful, they even re-wrapped and packed some items that I hadn't wrapped properly. They moved all of my things into their storage facility for…
