The owner, Allen, is very professional and I felt welcomed in using his service. He also communicated well. The technician Spencer, was also professional, he listened well and was extremely respectful of my home. He did a great job addressing my concerns. Highly recommend this company and glad I found them!
Preston pest service has always been top notch in every interaction. They show up on schedule and always have excellent customer service. I’d recommend them to all. My property does not have any sign of bugs or critters. 5 stars!
Spencer was on time and great with his service. I have used this company for several years and never have anything but a good experience! No bugs either!
Mr. Preston's pest control service is the BEST experience I've had with controlling pesky bugs, spiders, etc. None of them survive after he's unleashed his chemical prowess! There's no lingering smell, nor residue. He is thorough and swift in his process. He was recommended to me, and now I'm recommending to others. You'll be glad that you did!
The team has been taking care of my house for the last year and is communicative and timely. I had a scheduling failure that was MY fault this week and they handled it professionally and were back within 48 hours. Highly recommend. They also employ a number of Veteran’s which is great to see.
Best Pest Service around!!!
Excellent prompt pest control service. They reach out when service is due. Arrive as scheduled. Spray thoroughly inside and out. They track potential issues. Service team is very polite and trust worthy. Wouldn't use anyone else
Allen and his team have been helping us for 15+ years. They’re always friendly and responsive and do excellent work. And it’s great getting to support a local small business.
Allen and his son came and sprayed at my house, they were very fair on there prices and did good work. Would recommend
Thanks for always being detail when providing your serve.
This is the best pest control I’ve ever received. He has been out 3 or 4 times now and is always extremely friendly, funny, efficient and sprays every square inch of your home. Last year when we moved in we were finding roaches every few days, now we go months and only find them dead or close to dying when we do see them.
Allen is awesome! Took great care of us and we couldn’t be happier!
Always professional
Worrh every penny! Within a few treatments after starting service I didn't have any problems inside or out. I always get great service and do not have to worry about bugs at all these days. Thank you.
