The company was super responsive to text messages and had a technician (Jason) at my house in record time. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and able to troubleshoot the problem quickly. I'm grateful Pretty Cool popped up on my search. I'll definitely be using them for any future AC issues

Very professional business. Joseph came out when scheduled and provided a courtesy reminder the night before and eta in the morning. On time and the compressor replacement and recharge was swift. I highly recommend!

Called them first thing and they were out within a half hour. Finished within an hour and did not charge much at all. House is cooling down! So thankful.

Been using Pretty Cool for a few years. He has definitely extended the service life of my age challenged system. He just performed an emergency call for me as my run capacitor went out overnight; showed within an hour of my text and completed the job in about 45 minutes.
