I contacted Joseph on Sunday(Labor Day weekend), that my AC was out. He found Michael Coyle, to come out the same day within a few hours. They found the part required and had my system back in operation by Tuesday! Joseph was super kind and Michael was very informative about my HVAC System. Highly recommend Pretty. Cool AC & Heating!

Pretty Cool AC Heating and Refrigeration did excellent work for me. They fixed dead spots in my bedroom and master bathroom and relocated a light fixture so I can hang a ceiling fan centered in the room. They also replaced a bad breaker . The price was fair, they were courteous, and when something wasn't fully resolved the first time, they came back out and made it right. I'd definitely recommend them."
