Micheal was honest about my Mr Cool unit when called out to assess an ongoing problem and while troubleshooting found an even bigger issue. Needless to say that problem was eliminated when he installed a new unit by a different manufacturer

I contacted Joseph on Sunday(Labor Day weekend), that my AC was out. He found Michael Coyle, to come out the same day within a few hours. They found the part required and had my system back in operation by Tuesday! Joseph was super kind and Michael was very informative about my HVAC System. Highly recommend Pretty. Cool AC & Heating!

I think I got taken to the bank really with this company they came out said my air conditioner was low they put 4 lb in cost me about or $500 that don't exactly remember the price . I called pretty cool and they sent a tech out to check my new system out and found that it didn't have any freon. They then told me the freon was $150 a pound and I needed 4 pounds, so just the cost of the freon would be $600 when I called around I found a 20 lb keg for $220. That comes out to $11 a pound. Don't use them or they will rip you off.

Any time I need my AC serviced I call and they come out right away. I've been using them for years and don't have a single complaint.

Prompt service, diagnosis by a tech who knows what he is doing, and a clear path forward for getting the repair done. Can't ask for more than that.

Had trouble with the heating system. They sent a fine young man (Alex) out to take a look. It took a couple of tries but ultimately he was able to identify the problem too get me up a running just ahead of the nasty winter weather headed our way.

Been using Pretty Cool for a few years. He has definitely extended the service life of my age challenged system. He just performed an emergency call for me as my run capacitor went out overnight; showed within an hour of my text and completed the job in about 45 minutes. Recommend you add him to your list of trusted contractors.
