Stay away from this company. The worst experience I have ever had. I hired them for spider and after multiple round of trials (9 months) no improvement at all. Andrew arrived 20 minutes before his scheduled appointment time. He called me & sent me a text to let me know the day before and the day of. Wonderful to work with! They were accommodating to our needs and flexible with our crazy schedules. Where we live has lots of bugs and critters and having them service our home has brought us a lot of peace of mind. It’s also comforting to know that their products are safe for kids and pets. Glad to have them on a regular schedule for our home.

I love Preventative Pest control. Clint & all the staff are very friendly, they listen well to my concerns & really want to help solve my Pest issues. I would recommend them 10X’s over. The rep who comes to our home is always courteous and respectful. They always ask if there are any problems that need special attention. I appreciate a call ahead from the company to remind me of my appt.

Had a horrible mosquito problem and was referred to Preventive Pest Control and they took care of it with mosquito pots. Now all my neighbors and family use their services. Very friendly and communication is perfect on time and day of the service.

We've used Preventing for over 20 years, at this horse and our previous one. Both houses had different issues and Preventive could handle it all. They are so responsive; which is exactly what you want when ants are crawling on your ceiling. Great service!

Quarterly spraying both outside and inside our property for preventive maintenance since 2013. Ruben is highly professional and is very accommodating with any special areas requiring more attention. We always ask for him whenever we need reservice. Great company, highly recommended!

Gabriel was very professional and friendly. He explains the process so you can understand how the treatment works. I have recommended this service to our neighbors. We have had the initial treatment and first quarterly one. So far we are very pleased with them.

The technician Jovani telephoned when he was about 15 minutes out giving me time of kennel the dog and open the gate. He was thorough, efficient, and polite.

Always a positive experience. They send me a reminder before coming out, they do a thorough job, very professional, very polite. The office staff are always polite and helpful as well. Preventive has serviced my home and 3 rental homes for several years now and I’ve been very happy with their service. I highly recommend them.

The service is great. They come bimonthly and are always professional and friendly. Gabe is fantastic and does a great job. He knocks down all the cobwebs and sprays everywhere. He is super detailed and listens to my concerns. I would like Gabe every time.

I have few bugs if any...not seen them in years. If I have a specific problem outdoors like aphids, it is taken care of immediately. My dog is safe; the servicemen are polite and efficient.

John is the tech assigned to my account, and he is always friendly and professional. I’ve been using this service for years and I love the days they come because I know I will have ZERO (live) bugs at my house! Their spray is pet friendly too.
