Professional and knowledgeable. Technician removed multiple dirt mounds off of the porch which I am greatful. Only problem is that it was left all over my porch. It was just messy. If you can't clean up beihid yourself. Let it be.

Christopher was great and helpful with my concern. He was informative and took the time to explain what he found or didn't find. Preventive Pest Control has done a great job monitoring our home and they have been quick to react to any concerns or issues that we may have.
