My technician was particularly professional and did an outstanding job… I will definitely request for him to be my designated technician for future treatments of my properties.
Marcus provided great service. Thanks 🙏🏼
I had preventive years ago, came back and I’m impressed. I called and spoke with Vanessa and she explained everything to me without skipping a beat. She was spot on with how the technician would service and what to expect. Make sure to call and ask to speak to Vanessa she has great vibes and so much charisma.
Thank you, Anthony, for the service and future recommendations! Staying with this company!
From the initial interaction with Gabby to the service delivery with Marquei everything was excellent. Both individuals were very professional and thorough. Gabby went above and beyond to ensure that I had service delivered as requested. Marquei did an excellent job providing those services. I am extremely satisfied…
Marcus did a great job on servicing our home for pest control. He explained exactly what he would be doing and even recommended a service to take care of our fire ant problem long term. Thanks!
Preventive is an effective and professional service. They are always courteous. Jesse was great! All of my concerns were addressed.
Jared was great and what I mean is he was attentive, he listened to my concerns, and he even helped offer helpful information. He even cared that my other person living here has a wasp allergy and went to extra length to make sure any and all wasps and nests were eradicated to ensure her safety. I would highly recommend Jared because he is a good man.
Jonell did a very good job of resealing against rodents after our garage door was repaired. No ugly braces. Sealing elements are unnoticeable but do the job fine. Keep up good work!
Thank you for spraying my home
The gentleman was very professional and very informative on all the services he provided.
EDIT: management did reach out after the negative review. A service manager came out and provided our fire ant service that we never recieved before. Apologized and the product seemed to have worked. While I appreciate the customer service after the fact, it was a bit too late for us. But they did actively work to…
Great service as always. The technician did a awesome job. He is very polite and concerned about his client needs. Thank you
