My technician was particularly professional and did an outstanding job… I will definitely request for him to be my designated technician for future treatments of my properties.
I had preventive years ago, came back and I’m impressed. I called and spoke with Vanessa and she explained everything to me without skipping a beat. She was spot on with how the technician would service and what to expect. Make sure to call and ask to speak to Vanessa she has great vibes and so much charisma.
From the initial interaction with Gabby to the service delivery with Marquei everything was excellent. Both individuals were very professional and thorough. Jared was great and what I mean is he was attentive, he listened to my concerns, and he even helped offer helpful information. He even cared that my other person living here has a wasp allergy and went to extra length to make sure any and all wasps and nests were eradicated to ensure her safety. I would highly recommend Jared because he is a good man.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM BY TANNER, the SERVICE TECHNICIAN.
I'm a single woman who absolutely hates any bug or rodent. I mean to the extent that I will run out of the house if I see one and won't go back in till it's gone or until I realize I'm bigger than it and I pay the bills in the house. I bought a 1920's home on pier and beam so I knew that the first thing I needed was…

My technician was knowledgeable about the type of ants I had in my home. He took his time and applied the ant bait after telling me why I had started to see them in my home. He also did a great job with my home inspection and extermination.
Our technician Austin did a very thorough job, both inside and outside. Although it was the end of a very long day for him, he stayed until he had investigated and treated every issue we described.

Good customer, service, and knowledge of the pest control industry
Moving from a city townhome to a house on a waterway and a working ranch for a neighbor was more than I expected, regarding bugs. I tried several local bug companies to no avail. One day, at my wits end....I came across Preventive Pest Control. I wasn't sure if their service area extended outside of Houston. But,…

I am going to be very blunt and honest. If you don’t want to waste your money, this is definitely the place you need to call if you have roach problems. They came out and did their thing within 30 minutes or so it could’ve been less I’m not sure. All I know is that within two weeks of them spraying my house every…

We love using preventative pest for our pest control. They are always friendly, professional, and timely. I’ve thought highly of their service but wanted to write a review…
Tanner is the best. Very professional and knowledgeable in everything. He is very thorough in everything he does. Three years and no problems at all.
I still have big out roaches coming in. The first two months we didn’t have any problems except the mosquito extermination never worked. I will not renew my contract, not to mention the salesperson told us if we did not like their service we could cancel and that was a lie.
The exterminator did exactly what I asked and he was very thorough!
Great first time experience.. Knowledgeable customer service oriented technician.
So far so good. Preventative Pest Control came out quick (less than a week after I reached out), and the young employee was really very good, and explained what he was going to do and left us thorough notes on the invoice. Looking forward to using this company going forward and seeing fewer roaches around.

Very professional, great service
Great company! We’ve always had minor issues with common bugs but haven’t had 1 in the house since we started using them. Definitely recommend.
good service. Good product. I was a little put off when the tech advised he was not vaccinated. He did wear a mask, so we let him in an out of everyone's offices. We respect everyone's personal choices, but I was a bit put off by that.
Great service
Great company!! I definitely recommend them for my family and friends. Tanner Clark is my favorite guy! He is very detailed oriented. He is always on time and never late. Jeremy our tech was extremely thorough. He sprayed all around our house and dusted the eaves. He checked the traps outside for the rats. He sprayed inside and even checked our attic to ensure the traps were still set and we had no new activity. We highly recommend Jeremy and hope he can remain our tech.
Tanner the Roach Whisperer put his mask on, rang doorbell and then backed well away from door, introduced himself clearly, and confirmed what the request was. When complete, did the same - mask on, rang/knocked, then stood well back from the door, let me know everything he did. No nonsense, simple interaction, very…
Jack lives a few house down and he treated our home yesterday. We woke up to dead bugs and spiders everywhere. Great service and products.
Good
Great guy!!
I have cockroaches
Jack the tech was very informational. He also was very professional. And people friendly. That’s a A+ in my book. I want him to do my annual pest control only.
Robert Kelly one of the best technicians to ever provide service to home. Very knowledgeable a great professional guy that’s great at his craft. I will recommend Robert all the time he’s the best of the best.
He communicated well with all of us
So as much as I would like to say this service helped it didn't. In fact it made our problem much worse than before we started. They have a satisfaction guarantee, but when you call and say the service isn't working they just offer a touch up that also doesn't work. I don't feel very much expertise coming from them…
Wonderful service that comes highly recommended for all homes.
Very professional and did a very outstanding job! Definitely highly recommended!
Tanner was very professional from beginning to end. He came in and explained everything he was about to do. He answered all my questions (I had many) and was very calming with my freakout of bugs.
