My technician was particularly professional and did an outstanding job… I will definitely request for him to be my designated technician for future treatments of my properties.
Great service! Kelvin was super kind and helpful. He did a thorough job and listened to the concerns we had.
From the initial interaction with Gabby to the service delivery with Marquei everything was excellent. Both individuals were very professional and thorough. Gabby went above and beyond to ensure that I had service delivered as requested. Marquei did an excellent job providing those services. I am extremely satisfied…
EDIT: management did reach out after the negative review. A service manager came out and provided our fire ant service that we never recieved before. Apologized and the product seemed to have worked. While I appreciate the customer service after the fact, it was a bit too late for us. But they did actively work to…
Great service! They sprayed our yard for mosquitos and fleas. Tanner was very professional and communicated everything before and after the service.
Communication was great let me know when he would arrive ahead of time. While he treated the house he took his time. Didn’t rush through anything and told me about the areas that was treated.
OUTSTANDING!!! Austin and his trainee are the Best! They took care of many household pests! ANNNNDDD...They took the dead pest with them to dispose it!!! They also work instantly and left quickly! Here's 5 more stars from me💫💫💫💫💫 🤸🏽♀️ period 👏🏽
Always exceptional service!
I'm a single woman who absolutely hates any bug or rodent. I mean to the extent that I will run out of the house if I see one and won't go back in till it's gone or until I realize I'm bigger than it and I pay the bills in the house. I bought a 1920's home on pier and beam so I knew that the first thing I needed was…
Very good
Always professional and offer detailed review of work performed.
Great service and communication. Informed me of what he intended to do and made recommendations.
I still am being bitten, please come again , I can’t sit in my den or sleep, the gnats keep coming to my eyes and nose
Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! ALWAYS going above and beyond. Thank you so much for taking care of us!
Thank you kindly. The inspection associates were knowledgeable and professional treating my home. Appreciate it.
Tanner was great from Preventive Pest Control. I have been using Preventive since we moved into our house in 2015. They are professional, understanding, and their products really works! We highly recommend the mosquitoes spray since we live near the coast and the mosquitoes are terrible here. It doesn't get rid of…
Nolan was polite, professional & informative.
Very friendly and knowledgeable
Great company, thanks Tanner
He was friendly and professional. He welcomed questions. He asked me to identify the pests by photo. I hope to work with him again.
Dose a greater job
Everything went well he was on time and worked very well
I always have great outstanding service when Anthony comes and treats my house and yard. He makes sure that he takes care of all the wasps nests as I am highly allergic, and the ants as well.
We have huge hardwood trees around us and had recurring issues with tree roaches. We've been using them for several years now. They are always reliable, polite, and responsive. They have also come out a couple of times to treat the yard for fleas and to spray for spiders in our garage and back patio. Their prices are affordable. Highly recommended!
Always informative and thorough.
Excellent service! Anthony is the one who has been treating my home. He is very polite and professional. Highly recommend!
Good customer, service, and knowledge of the pest control industry
Moving from a city townhome to a house on a waterway and a working ranch for a neighbor was more than I expected, regarding bugs. I tried several local bug companies to no avail. One day, at my wits end....I came across Preventive Pest Control. I wasn't sure if their service area extended outside of Houston. But,…

Preventative pest has always done a fantastic job taking care of our home for almost 10 yrs. Highly recommended, if an issue comes up soon after service call, they will come back out and take care of you. Their employees are so friendly and responsive. My tech is awesome! 5 stars all the way!
I love using preventive pest control. The technicians that come out are always very professional and answer any questions about the process and offer tips on keeping the pests away. Great company with great workers. They are super easy to contact too, I can email them anytime to reschedule and they always work with me.
Efficient and professional quality of work
Very professional, great service
Great company!! I definitely recommend them for my family and friends. Tanner Clark is my favorite guy! He is very detailed oriented. He is always on time and never late. He covered everything inside and outside my house. For two years now I didn’t have any issues regarding pest and mosquito control.
Jeremy our tech was extremely thorough. He sprayed all around our house and dusted the eaves. He checked the traps outside for the rats. He sprayed inside and even checked our attic to ensure the traps were still set and we had no new activity. We highly recommend Jeremy and hope he can remain our tech.
Robert Kelly one of the best technicians to ever provide service to home. Very knowledgeable a great professional guy that’s great at his craft. I will recommend Robert all the time he’s the best of the best.
Wonderful service that comes highly recommended for all homes.
Tanner was very professional from beginning to end. He came in and explained everything he was about to do. He answered all my questions (I had many) and was very calming with my freakout of bugs. He sprayed the entire inside of the house and climbed up into the attic and then sprayed the whole outside. He was…
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Marcus answered any questions I had and informed us of all important info to keep in mind about it!
