Jared was great and what I mean is he was attentive, he listened to my concerns, and he even helped offer helpful information. He even cared that my other person living here has a wasp allergy and went to extra length to make sure any and all wasps and nests were eradicated to ensure her safety. I would highly recommend Jared because he is a good man.
Troy is such an asset for your company as he has great customer service skills. He is timely, very well mannered, explains what he is going to do, asks if I have any issues, does what he says he was going to do, closes the gate, and then lets me know when he is finished so I can close the garage door.
Jonell did a very good job of resealing against rodents after our garage door was repaired. No ugly braces. Sealing elements are unnoticeable but do the job fine. Keep up good work!
EDIT: management did reach out after the negative review. A service manager came out and provided our fire ant service that we never recieved before. Apologized and the product seemed to have worked. My technician was knowledgeable about the type of ants I had in my home. He took his time and applied the ant bait after telling me why I had started to see them in my home. He also did a great job with my home inspection and extermination.
