From the initial interaction with Gabby to the service delivery with Marquei everything was excellent. Both individuals were very professional and thorough. Gabby went above and beyond to ensure that I had service delivered as requested. Marquei did an excellent job providing those services. I am extremely satisfied…
Tony was great. He arrived on time called 39 min to make sure I was home. He treated my home as if it was his. Professional and very knowledgeable. I will highly recommend him for any future pest control services.
Marqui is a knowledgable, trustworthy, and thorough technician. We have been extremely pleased with his service for the past 4 years. Highly recommended!!!
Jared was great and what I mean is he was attentive, he listened to my concerns, and he even helped offer helpful information. He even cared that my other person living here has a wasp allergy and went to extra length to make sure any and all wasps and nests were eradicated to ensure her safety. I would highly recommend Jared because he is a good man.
Troy is such an asset for your company as he has great customer service skills. He is timely, very well mannered, explains what he is going to do, asks if I have any issues, does what he says he was going to do, closes the gate, and then lets me know when he is finished so I can close the garage door.
Jonell did a very good job of resealing against rodents after our garage door was repaired. No ugly braces. Sealing elements are unnoticeable but do the job fine. Keep up good work!
EDIT: management did reach out after the negative review. A service manager came out and provided our fire ant service that we never recieved before. Apologized and the product seemed to have worked. While I appreciate the customer service after the fact, it was a bit too late for us. But they did actively work to…

Marquel did a very good job as always. I wish he would have picked up the wasp nests he knocked down as I worry my dogs could mess with them & with the spray on them they could get sick.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM BY TANNER, the SERVICE TECHNICIAN.
I'm a single woman who absolutely hates any bug or rodent. I mean to the extent that I will run out of the house if I see one and won't go back in till it's gone or until I realize I'm bigger than it and I pay the bills in the house. I bought a 1920's home on pier and beam so I knew that the first thing I needed was…
My Serviceman today really did a great thing !! I had a pipe burst outside and no one was home . He shut the water valve off then called me to let me know what happened. I was so elated that he was so thoughtful 🥰

Good customer, service, and knowledge of the pest control industry
Moving from a city townhome to a house on a waterway and a working ranch for a neighbor was more than I expected, regarding bugs. I tried several local bug companies to no avail. One day, at my wits end....I came across Preventive Pest Control. I wasn't sure if their service area extended outside of Houston. But,…

Preventive has serviced two of my residences for years and their customer service, ability to problem solve, and communication is always amazing. I’m glad they keep bugs at bay
So far so good. Preventative Pest Control came out quick (less than a week after I reached out), and the young employee was really very good, and explained what he was going to do and left us thorough notes on the invoice. Looking forward to using this company going forward and seeing fewer roaches around.
I love using preventive pest control. The technicians that come out are always very professional and answer any questions about the process and offer tips on keeping the pests away. Great company with great workers. They are super easy to contact too, I can email them anytime to reschedule and they always work with me.

Great company!! I definitely recommend them for my family and friends. Tanner Clark is my favorite guy! He is very detailed oriented. He is always on time and never late. He covered everything inside and outside my house. For two years now I didn’t have any issues regarding pest and mosquito control.
We have been really happy with their service and the technicians they send. They are all really nice and make sure our needs are met.
Young individual on the phone was not experienced, couldn't answer any questions, and not very friendly. Some of the questions definitely need to be removed, others need reworded. Not sure if it was just him, but they really wanted to spray poisons inside the house ... even after I mentioned we have an infant. The…
Very professional, friendly, great service. Recommend 👍🏻

Jeremy our tech was extremely thorough. He sprayed all around our house and dusted the eaves. He checked the traps outside for the rats. He sprayed inside and even checked our attic to ensure the traps were still set and we had no new activity. We highly recommend Jeremy and hope he can remain our tech.
Tanner the Roach Whisperer put his mask on, rang doorbell and then backed well away from door, introduced himself clearly, and confirmed what the request was. When complete, did the same - mask on, rang/knocked, then stood well back from the door, let me know everything he did. No nonsense, simple interaction, very…
Great guy!!
