Troy is such an asset for your company as he has great customer service skills. He is timely, very well mannered, explains what he is going to do, asks if I have any issues, does what he says he was going to do, closes the gate, and then lets me know when he is finished so I can close the garage door.
Polite, informative, and to the point.

Always does an incredible job! Very thorough, on time and prompt when servicing a home. Provided helpful tips how to take care of rodents in the future and was very nice.
I never write reviews but based on two different scenarios (our friends and ours) preventative are the biggest scammers. Inspector promised us quality service to justify their high prices and then provide us with the bare minimum any other company can do when we asked for what we were promised they dragged it for…
Troy always does a good job of pest control.
Great service every time as always!!
Expedient, excellent and great service all around.
Very knowledgeable, affordable, and won't sell you on stuff you don't need. Got a trapping and exclusion done at 1/3 the price of national chains, and their inspection caught more issues than others, and made conclusions with more care based on the evidence. I've used them on multiple homes.
He was very thorough

The service technician was extremely courteous and professional. He spent time with us during the inspection and explained everything he would do…
Very professional, great service
good service. Good product. I was a little put off when the tech advised he was not vaccinated. He did wear a mask, so we let him in an out of everyone's offices. We respect everyone's personal choices, but I was a bit put off by that.
Super friendly staff, willing to help and make you feel like their most important client, never like a number. Thorough, fast and quality work.
