I'm a new customer having joined earlier this month, and am wondering why they don't have a phone system that can handle more than one call at a time. Anyone else having this issue? Otherwise, we're very happy with their pest control services, and their techs are prompt, thorough and polite. We can call them anytime for re- servicing too.

Josh did an outstanding job at our home! Most of all, he did it with a smile. I am confident that the work he did (pest control) will definitely make a difference. He even pointed out things we had not noticed. Thanks Josh and Prime Pest Control.

Highly recommend Prime Pest control. Went out of the state for a month and came back to an infested house. With the first apply I rapidly noticed a huge decline on pests. After a week I hardly saw any. This is the second application they do in my home. I also love that this is eco-friendly. I don't have to worry…

Since I have tried for over a month contacting customer service in Huntsville to have a manager/supervisor call me or respond to the complaint that I filed with the BBB, I will post on here as well. We had Noah come out originally and he was such a sweetheart and explained everything very well. Then Aaron came out and sprayed inside & out on time as scheduled and was very professional & respectful. I was actually shocked how quick & easy everything was!
