I'm a new customer having joined earlier this month, and am wondering why they don't have a phone system that can handle more than one call at a time. Anyone else having this issue? Otherwise, we're very happy with their pest control services, and their techs are prompt, thorough and polite. We can call them anytime for re- servicing too.

Hyrum did a fantastic job! I needed some grown up garden beds and my trashcan sprayed for ants and spiders and he jumped right to it.

Super sweet guy. Very insightful and instructive

We had Noah come out originally and he was such a sweetheart and explained everything very well. Then Aaron came out and sprayed inside & out on time as scheduled and was very professional & respectful. I was actually shocked how quick & easy everything was!

All of our techs have been fantastic! Jerimiah was our latest one and treated all the areas of concern we had. Communication was good. He let me know when he was 30 minutes away.

Hyrum removed all spider webs and sprayed everywhere I asked him to. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about what he does. After one day of him spraying I can tell a huge difference in the number of wasps that are now gone.

Blake was really courteous, knowledgeable, and got the work done quickly. We went over what he observed and what needs to be done to avoid any other types of infestations. Service was timely and they were only too accommodating as far as working around my crazy schedule, GREAT SERVICE!!

Great communication. Very courteous, arrived early. Waited out the rain and adjusted the treatment to fit the weather ( granules vs liquid) so far I am very pleased with the service we receive from Prime Pest!
