We had Noah come out originally and he was such a sweetheart and explained everything very well. Then Aaron came out and sprayed inside & out on time as scheduled and was very professional & respectful. I was actually shocked how quick & easy everything was!

Jonathan was my technician today. He was very nice and polite. He came out and let me know that he was going to do my treatment and he didn't waste any time. He started sweeping down all of the spiders down. then he sprayed everything. He was very efficient. Great job!

The service did not eliminate the mosquitos from our yard. After a year, we called/emailed 5 times to cancel our service. However, no one returned our calls and we continued to be charged. When we finally reached someone, we were told that there is a $180 fee to cancel their service. What a joke of a company.

Switched to Prime Pest Control a few months ago and am very happy! They are super responsive and address concerns (for me, today was fleas and ants). Landon was super communicative. Love supporting our local small businesses!

Hyrum removed all spider webs and sprayed everywhere I asked him to. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about what he does. After one day of him spraying I can tell a huge difference in the number of wasps that are now gone.

Prime is the only pest service you need. We have had Cooks AND LOOKOUT for years. When we needed cooks and lookout they didn't have time for us. We called Prime and had same day service!!!
