The service did not eliminate the mosquitos from our yard. After a year, we called/emailed 5 times to cancel our service. However, no one returned our calls and we continued to be charged. When we finally reached someone, we were told that there is a $180 fee to cancel their service. What a joke of a company.

Hyrum removed all spider webs and sprayed everywhere I asked him to. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about what he does. After one day of him spraying I can tell a huge difference in the number of wasps that are now gone.

Blake was really courteous, knowledgeable, and got the work done quickly. We went over what he observed and what needs to be done to avoid any other types of infestations. Service was timely and they were only too accommodating as far as working around my crazy schedule, GREAT SERVICE!!

I was not very happy with the communication trying to get someone out here. When we finally got someone on the phone, they sent someone out two hours later thankfully. We recently discovered a mouse problem in our garage and Josh was very thorough in trying to identify entry points and get traps placed down. Hyrum was kind and professional. He sprayed and cleaned up the spider webs around the property. He was a very respectful employee!

Andrew T. came to the house and treated it along with our neighbor across the street. He was professional and courteous. However, he left the gate to our fence open and our dog got loose after bringing her inside due to the service. She didn’t go far and came back but hope that doesn’t happen again.

Tayler with Prime Pest Control was mannerly, courteous, & a good listener. I liked that he wore protective coverings over his shoes in our home so he wouldn’t track in dirt or grass.
