This was our second service with Prime pest control. Jonathon was so helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable! Service was also fast with everything he got done.

The service did not eliminate the mosquitos from our yard. After a year, we called/emailed 5 times to cancel our service. However, no one returned our calls and we continued to be charged. When we finally reached someone, we were told that there is a $180 fee to cancel their service. What a joke of a company.
