This was our second service with Prime pest control. Jonathon was so helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable! Service was also fast with everything he got done.

He was so kind and intent on resolving any issues we may see. He was knowledgeable, arrived when he said, and friendly/ polite. I have had nothing but good experiences with Prime and the two technicians I have had at my home.

The service did not eliminate the mosquitos from our yard. After a year, we called/emailed 5 times to cancel our service. However, no one returned our calls and we continued to be charged. When we finally reached someone, we were told that there is a $180 fee to cancel their service. What a joke of a company.

Hyrum removed all spider webs and sprayed everywhere I asked him to. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about what he does. After one day of him spraying I can tell a huge difference in the number of wasps that are now gone.

Blake was really courteous, knowledgeable, and got the work done quickly. We went over what he observed and what needs to be done to avoid any other types of infestations. Service was timely and they were only too accommodating as far as working around my crazy schedule, GREAT SERVICE!!

Our decision proved to be right because the service was thorough, technician was polite, on time and efficient. To top that off. The price is right and not requiring any contract. Prime Pest control knocked on my door just as my husband and I were about to seek out pest services. My initial meeting was great to set up services and at a reasonable price. Brandon did an excellent job of spraying my home, letting me know the products would be safe for my kids and when he would return. Awesome job.
