Josh did an outstanding job at our home! Most of all, he did it with a smile. I am confident that the work he did (pest control) will definitely make a difference. He even pointed out things we had not noticed. Thanks Josh and Prime Pest Control.
Very good job 👏
Highly recommend Prime Pest control. Went out of the state for a month and came back to an infested house. With the first apply I rapidly noticed a huge decline on pests. After a week I hardly saw any. This is the second application they do in my home. I also love that this is eco-friendly. I don't have to worry…
Blake from Prime Pest just finished servicing my home and yard, and he was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. Everything you could ask for from a service provider. Since I have tried for over a month contacting customer service in Huntsville to have a manager/supervisor call me or respond to the complaint that I filed with the BBB, I will post on here as well. I have requested that my account be closed, all future scheduled services be halted, and any recurring billing or auto…
We had Noah come out originally and he was such a sweetheart and explained everything very well. Then Aaron came out and sprayed inside & out on time as scheduled and was very professional & respectful. I was actually shocked how quick & easy everything was!
Over and beyond spraying all throughout inside and outside. Extremely knowledgeable and polite in addition!

Jonathan was my technician today. He was very nice and polite. He came out and let me know that he was going to do my treatment and he didn't waste any time. He started sweeping down all of the spiders down. then he sprayed everything. He was very efficient. Great job!
Austin was great when he came to spray for flies. Whatever they have really works!
They came when they said they were going too. They did a fabulous job! Very friendly and the price is right!
Always very nice and friendly. Service is top notch. They use animal friendly and more natural was of treatment. Would recommend to anyone.
The service did not eliminate the mosquitos from our yard. After a year, we called/emailed 5 times to cancel our service. However, no one returned our calls and we continued to be charged. When we finally reached someone, we were told that there is a $180 fee to cancel their service. What a joke of a company.
Extremely nice and very knowledgeable. He did a great job!
