We were very impressed with this company. We received a text with a picture of the technician who would be arriving at our house. He was on time. Very personable. Did a great job replacing the inside of our toilet and he was honest.
The technician, Alex, was excellent. He found the problem right away and was able to resolve it quickly.
This was a follow-up to their inspection and the needed installation of a new water heater, repair of two sink drains and installation of a new sink faucet. They were on time, efficient and walked through everything before they left. Prime remains on the top of my list for plumbers.
