Primera did an incredible job insulating and drywalling our garage ceiling. The patchwork was so well done that we haven’t even repainted or textured because Efrain did such an awesome job taping and priming you can’t tell there was every any damage. Incredible work!
Our garage ceiling also came out so well almost didn’t bother painting. I ended up doing so before I hung the new lights just because I wouldn’t get another good chance, but honestly the finish was so good I couldn’t even tell a difference after painting.
The price was great, work done fast and on time, and Efrain is just a super easy guy to work with. I would recommend Efrain and Primera to anyone looking for drywall or insulation work.

We are/were working on renovating one room, which needed a complete overhaul, which included insulation , drywall, crown molding, texture, and paint. After submitting a request for a quote, we heard back from Efrain within 24 hours. Project was kicked off about a month later. Took Efrain and team about 1 week to do the demo, and renovation. Project was finished within the expected time frame. Efrain was very much on top of the project and would bring any issues or suggestions to our attention right away. He was flexible in working with our schedules, our asks, and kept prices reasonable. And most importantly, he communicated with us all throughout the process. We do have a few more minor projects, and will be reaching back out to Efrain to contract again.
As blissfully unaware home owners, I was faced with the suddden collapse of a small bedroom ceiling after an undetected hole in our roof. We had a handful of quotes given to us and while taking into consideration cost first and foremost, it ultimately came down to 'gut feeling'. From the very first text I sent to Efrain inquiring about his services to demo, re-install and paint our ceiling to the final finish, I'm glad to say that 'gut feeling' came through for us. Efrain was professional, communicative, and extremely cordial. His quote was competitive, and his completed work was done with efficiency and precision. The size and scope of our ceiling was undoubtedly on the smaller side of drywall contractual work yet Efrain demonstrated craftmanship, respect and integrity even on a small project such as ours.
At Primera Construction, we manage projects of varying scales. We are dedicated to treating every client equitably and are committed to the quality of our work and the homes we service. Thank you, Fuki, for selecting us. We are pleased to learn about your experience with our company.

They did the job quickly, showed up on time, and did very high quality work.
Efrain would also notice any minor issues with the work done (that I probably wouldn't have noticed right away), point them out to me, and correct them right away.
Prices were very competitive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Efrain was awesome! Super fast with the drywall fix, and did detexturing of the walls as a last minute add-on request. Will be the go-to for future projects.
