Nick was great. Stopped to take the time to explain the process and point out specific items he thought were major items to be addressed.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with our new home inspection. The inspector was punctual, highly professional and incredibly thorough from start to finish. The final report was delivered quickly, exceptionally clear and packed with detailed photos. We feel so much more confident moving into our new build thanks to their expertise.

Very streamed line process; very thorough report, and excellent platform - immediate results too.
Nick is thorough, professional, congenial and explains findings in layman terms. He has provided findings throughout our new build process. I told Nick that the worst feedback that I can provide is he didn’t cook dinner on the new stove to test it. 😁

Whitney did an incredible job with my first time home buyers final inspection on their new construction home. She was very thorough, so personable AND we got the report the same day. As a Realtor, I will always recommend using Priority Home Inspections services.
Mark did a great, thorough job and explained and discussed issues to make sure I had a clear understanding of the inspection items so I was able to discuss with my builder. He found several issues I never would have suspected were a problem.

Lee was professional and patient with me when I had questions and took time to explain them to me. His report was detailed and ready the same day as the inspection. I will definitely recommend this company, especially Lee, to others seeking a home inspection.

William was amazing! As a new home buyer he made it easier to understand what to look for when inspecting a home. The price is amazing for the work that is being produced. I was not sure what to expect since it was my first time but William went above and beyond.
