Lots of 5 star reviews for carpet cleaners, but how many are really that good? What about the tough stuff. Brian at Pristine advertises his expertise in tough stains. And he delivers! I had 2 year old stains that were tough and I was told would not come out. He got them 95% or better! I will call him again… Read full review

We had a great experience with Pristine. Brian was super quick to respond. He cleaned our carpets and grout and even our boat carpet, as a last minute request. He was quick and clean and everything sparkled when he was done. I would highly recommend Pristine Carpet Cleaning.

Love this company! House had a musty smell even after I had had another company in to clean the carpets. Also was dealing with Animal urine in a few places. Smell is completely gone. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent work and professionalism by the owner. The man is literally a carpet scientist and you can sense the honesty and integrity when he breaks down what’s wrong with the carpet and what it will take to get it cleaned. Will be contacting again.

Brian was amazing! From working with my schedule to taking the time to explain the whole process to me! My carpets look amazing! Even the spots I thought were hopeless.

Brian made my toddler-stained carpets look brand new and completely revived my couch! I was so impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He even used a clear door cover to keep the cold air out while still being able to run his equipment — such a thoughtful touch. I can’t recommend Pristine Carpet Cleaning enough!

Carpets look like new! We recently moved in and we thought we would have to replace them- so we were skeptical but gave Brian a call. Very friendly and professional. Brian walked me through all my options which allowed me to decide what would be best for my carpet cleaning needs. He was not a pressure salesperson. Carpets all looked fantastic!! Highly recommend!!

My house smells great. I wanted to wait a few days to write my review. Just so I could really tell how good of a job was done. We had new carpet put on right before Covid. And then got a Covid puppy the was super sneaky and hard to potty train. He found every spot with his light and was able to remove the stains… Read full review
