Our dog had a cancerous mass that caused secretions and bleeding that got on our sectional. Brian spent the entire afternoon cleaning every cushion and pillow and the couch itself. His work is meticulous and he puts in an incredible amount of effort and expertise. The couch is now cleaner than it has been in years!… Read full review

We are very pleased with the service. Carpet looks brand new!

Great service, was very efficient and removed so much dirt and pet hair!

Great service. Would highly recommend.

I am beyond pleased with Brian’s expert work! My carpets look fantastic (he worked very hard to transform these dated, difficult-to-restore carpets!) He clearly explained what would work best, how he would treat both the set-in stains and the pet stains during the process and how a final protective coat would serve… Read full review

Great price for thorough, quality work! Will be using him from now and switching from zerorez! Wish I switched sooner.

We had our carpets, area rug and 2 chairs cleaned. I cannot say enough about the level of service we received. Other companies we have used are in and out in an hour and you are left wondering how clean could this carpet really be? Pristine explained their process thoroughly and brought in more equipment than I have… Read full review

Excellent work and professionalism by the owner. The man is literally a carpet scientist and you can sense the honesty and integrity when he breaks down what’s wrong with the carpet and what it will take to get it cleaned. Will be contacting again.

Carpets look brand new and the pet odors and stains are gone. Fantastic job!

I thought my 8x10-ish area rug was doomed to the dump... I had had it cleaned one time previously by a big name company and they told me it was silk and it cost extra to clean it, but when it came back to me it still had stains and smelled bad and got even dirtier quickly. I showed it to Brian, at Pristine and he… Read full review

Carpets look like new! We recently moved in and we thought we would have to replace them- so we were skeptical but gave Brian a call. I am so Grateful we did cause we don’t have to replace after his thorough inspection and treatment: Highly recommended and very personable during his time in our home.

Very professional and friendly and I was able to get a same day appointment. No pet stains were missed as Brian uses a black light to locate them all for pretreatment. I will definitely call Pristine Carpet Cleaning for future cleanings.

Typically don’t leave reviews, but Brian definitely deserves one. He was so quick on coming out after a pup had an accident on the carpet. We originally had someone out the same week, but they only made the smell worse. You can instantly tell the difference in his quality products. He got the smell out and we had… Read full review

We were getting ready to sell my wife’s ‘family home’ of more than 60 years. I was assuming my realtor would tell me to replace all the old carpet that was nearly 40 years old, but he said it was in great condition just very dirty - “get it professionally cleaned and we’ll roll the dice - worst case we throw in a… Read full review

Brian was very quick, responsive, thorough and professional. We will be calling him again!

Detailed work. Pet hair removal brushy thingy is awesome. Google makes this Guys number hard to find. Hidden treasure.

Had never seen anyone clean the carpet so thoroughly. Brian showed so much attention to detail like putting fans on the carpets to make sure they were dry before moving furniture back into place.

Brian did an amazing job cleaning the carpet and tile in all our home! We purchased an older home and we're debating on replacing all the carpet but it was too expensive. When I called other carpet cleaners they leave out crucial steps that Mike at Pristine does such as using an industrial vacuum first, a UV light… Read full review
