They listened to me. They loved my dog.
This was our first inspection and treatment of our new property and our technician Salamo was so informed of our needs and did not try and upsell us on additional services or products. He treated areas to protect our home from insects and rodents. We would highly recommend him and his company.
They are very responsive. They always notify you when they will conducting a service. They have come on nonscheduled days for pesky rodent who did not want to be caught! Thank you, Pro Active Pest Control!

So thankful for Michael. He took the time to inspect my home for openings for our little mice friends that like to live in our garage. He was the first technician to take time out to really look and inform of us where our problem was. He was so polite and patient with all my questions and concerns. 10's across the board

Joseph is just the best. He has great communication skills. He knows exactly what I need. He understands that my pets are medically fragile and so he's careful about where he puts the pet friendly product. But what is so awesome is that he always has a great smile, so friendly, so kind. I appreciate you Joseph!!!

Been dealing with a rodent problem for longer than I should have let it go on. Finally decided to get professional help after they ruined my stove (which is sadly only a couple years old). I have used Pro Active for 4-5 years and they're great! I have recommended them to others and have always been happy. I initially had them come out for ants and haven't seen an ant since. They're flexible if I need to reschedule, which I have with COVID, and always on time.
Frankie came out and took care of everything and was very courteous and professional. He sprayed for ants, spiders and other bugs in our front, back and perimeter yards. He also set mice traps in our garage. We exchanged contact information so if I have any issues I can contact him. I appreciate his hard work and attention to the details! 👍
