This was our first inspection and treatment of our new property and our technician Salamo was so informed of our needs and did not try and upsell us on additional services or products. He treated areas to protect our home from insects and rodents. We would highly recommend him and his company.
Isidro was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help eliminate mosquitoes, ants and so many spiders. Thank you for being a great communicator and for the great service!
I have had nothing but great experiences with pro active especially Brian. Super easy to get a hold of them always really nice and professional. The technician called 30 minutes before arriving, asked what was needed or what pests we had any issues with (if any) and promptly got to work. Happy with the service.
Brian provided excellent service and communication.
Great communication, explained what he was going to do, asked questions on what I might be seeing, talked thru the process extremely well. Was kept well informed before, during, and after the service. He took a lot of pride in what he is doing and how he is doing it.
