Tyler has worked very hard over the years to keep our grounds tip-top bug proof. And as the company says, if the bugs come back, so does the Pro-Active man. Thank you, Tyler!!
Samuel from Pro Active Pest Control was great. Pro Active Pest Control has been transparent on cost and services provided. They were very thorough and detailed on our initial house inspection. Samuel was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in an easy to understand manner. I am very impressed so far with their service.
LOVE Pro-Active Pest Control and all the technicians. Incredible service and they explain problem and treatment. Researched various pest control companies in the area and Pro Active was highest rated and I totally agree.
They made an appointment promptly, next day. Then when they showed up Jyron was courteous, thoroughly explained services. When he got to work left nothing neglected.
This was our first inspection and treatment of our new property and our technician Salamo was so informed of our needs and did not try and upsell us on additional services or products. He treated areas to protect our home from insects and rodents. We would highly recommend him and his company.
Love Pro Active! Brian services our house and he's the best. If he notices areas that need extra work, he will gladly come back out a second time to finish up the job. Love how they go through the extra effort without us even having to ask.
They are very responsive. They always notify you when they will conducting a service. They have come on nonscheduled days for pesky rodent who did not want to be caught! Thank you, Pro Active Pest Control!

Pro Active Pest Control has serviced our residence for a number of years. Their technicians are knowledgeable and personable.
From start to finish Pro Active was superb. From those on the phone, to the inspector, and to the lead Mark who completed the work. Top notch, went above and beyond, communicated at every step and reasonable rates. Highly recommend.
Great service. Our tech is very knowledgeable and friendly. Pest issues really scared my wife and I as homeowners. Robert informed us on exactly what he was doing to help us and found the right words to reassure us.
William was friendly, efficient and professional. I’m lucky to have him as my Technician
Robert is the BEST! He is thorough, professional and personable! He puts me at ease whenever he arrives and services my property with excellence in mind! He is an awesome representative of this company
Great re-service.
It’s very nice
We've had Pro Active for a bit over a year now and my husband and I are very happy with their excellent service they always provide. We normally get Jeffrey and he does and excellent job. Would definitely recommend this Pest Control company if you are in need of one :)
They put in the baits in the traps and after two weeks the roots of my plants have been eaten. To date it seems that whatever was done to abate the issue of eradicating the pests has not worked.
Absolutely pleased with the work Pro Active Pest Control. Thank you Jeff Lyons taking care of the house rodents.
Professional and kind. I would definitely recommend their service
Their technician (Sam) was very professional and had execellent workmanship on completing the work needed. He followed through a few weeks later as scheduled.
Pro Active Pest Control came for an inspection in our front Lawn Moles issue. The person who came for the inspection Jonathan identified the issue and gave two free traps to start with. Highly recommend this service!
I am very pleased with services we received. Benjamin our technician is reliable, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend the service.
Our technician is Paul. Paul was professional, friendly and did a great job!
I am always glad when Chris does the service to my property because he is on time, reliable, friendly (the person every company should want to be as the representative for the quality customer service to be done!), and thorough. Someone else had come out to do the work but didn't even go into my back yard where…
Jyron from Pro Active Pest Control is super professional, polite, friendly, and punctual. We are lucky to have him service in our area!
We love the service we get from Pro Active technicians. Ben was awesome- on time, called ahead as promised, and did a thorough job. Thank you Ben and Pro Active.
We really appreciate how thorough the notes that our technician provides every time he comes over to do the service (William McKenzie). He is also always very respectful and nice. The first time he came over (due to a couple of cockroaches I found in the kitchen area), he explained the different types of cockroaches…
Missed a lot of spider webs especially on the fence and lights. The previous guy who used to do my house did a much better job UPDATE: Brian came out and went over all the spots that the previous technician missed and resprayed again. He was very thorough and polite. Very happy with Proactive Pest Control
So thankful for Michael. He took the time to inspect my home for openings for our little mice friends that like to live in our garage. He was the first technician to take time out to really look and inform of us where our problem was. He was so polite and patient with all my questions and concerns. 10's across the board
Today was our bimonthly service from Pro Active. Jeff is our technician and as always he did an awesome job. Very helpful and thorough.
