This was our first inspection and treatment of our new property and our technician Salamo was so informed of our needs and did not try and upsell us on additional services or products. He treated areas to protect our home from insects and rodents. We would highly recommend him and his company.
Love Pro Active! Brian services our house and he's the best. If he notices areas that need extra work, he will gladly come back out a second time to finish up the job. Love how they go through the extra effort without us even having to ask.
I cannot say enough good things about Brent! He came out to do a WDO/dry rot inspection on my roof and was incredibly thorough, polite, and professional. He took detailed photos and took the time to explain exactly what was going on. What impressed me the most was his absolute honesty and integrity. He gave me…
Brent was knowledgeable on termites and available when I had questions.
had a great experience with Brent. After a minor product issue during my initial appointment on 3/18, Brent took immediate ownership, followed up personally, and came out today (3/23) to finish the fence treatment exactly as promised. His professionalism and quick turnaround were impressive. Highly recommend his services!
Great service. Our tech is very knowledgeable and friendly. Pest issues really scared my wife and I as homeowners. Robert informed us on exactly what he was doing to help us and found the right words to reassure us.
William was friendly, efficient and professional. I’m lucky to have him as my Technician

I joined up as a new customer because I needed a termite inspection and I went ahead and signed up for a years worth of general pest prevention. I live on a ranch so it’s not easy to control all the pests and Joshua M came out and was EXTREMELY professional. He was on time and even called me when he was 10 minutes…

We’ve been using pro active for a while now and I love the service! They’re staff are always professional and do the job quickly and efficiently. Dakota is a great tech very timely and knowledgeable.
I have used Pro Active for 4-5 years and they're great! I have recommended them to others and have always been happy. I initially had them come out for ants and haven't seen an ant since. They're flexible if I need to reschedule, which I have with COVID, and always on time.
Frankie came out and took care of everything and was very courteous and professional. He sprayed for ants, spiders and other bugs in our front, back and perimeter yards. He also set mice traps in our garage. We exchanged contact information so if I have any issues I can contact him. I appreciate his hard work and attention to the details! 👍
Great company if you're looking for quality pest control. Definitely recommend Cheng!
