This was our first inspection and treatment of our new property and our technician Salamo was so informed of our needs and did not try and upsell us on additional services or products. He treated areas to protect our home from insects and rodents. We would highly recommend him and his company.

The technician called 30 minutes before arriving, asked what was needed or what pests we had any issues with (if any) and promptly got to work. Happy with the service.

Great communication, explained what he was going to do, asked questions on what I might be seeing, talked thru the process extremely well. Was kept well informed before, during, and after the service. He took a lot of pride in what he is doing and how he is doing it.

I have used Pro Active for 4-5 years and they're great! I have recommended them to others and have always been happy. I initially had them come out for ants and haven't seen an ant since. They're flexible if I need to reschedule, which I have with COVID, and always on time.
Frankie came out and took care of everything and was very courteous and professional. He sprayed for ants, spiders and other bugs in our front, back and perimeter yards.
