Jyron is the best technician. If they sent him to my house every time I would give them 5 stars. When he does the service I don't have any pest issues in between services. Unfortunately, I had to threaten to cancel my service after they sent other technicians that rushed through the service and were not very…
Always professional and friendly.
We have used Proactive Pest Control for years, and signing up has been one of the best home care decisions we've made. Our regular service tech Brian embodies what great customer service looks like. Pests are a challenge for our location. But with Proactive servicing our place the pests are manageable. Our service…
Not quite sure how they're getting the good star reviews. As a business restaurant owner, we need to ensure pest maintenance year round and were quoted the chemicals used are people and food safe and did not require business closure. Its been 3 visits and each time we were told we needed to close and the only option…
Proactive Pest was a great experience. Technician was professional, courteous and explained everything perfectly. Very happy with the service
Tyler has worked very hard over the years to keep our grounds tip-top bug proof. And as the company says, if the bugs come back, so does the Pro-Active man. Thank you, Tyler!!
These guys are great! Call Pro Active if your having any type of problems with pest. You can't go wrong with there pricing, communication, service, and communication after the service. Jyron was very polite and professional! He listened to me and explained things to me in a way I could fully understand. I appreciate customer service like this. I wish he could be my permanent technician! Thanks Jyron!
LOVE Pro-Active Pest Control and all the technicians. Incredible service and they explain problem and treatment. Researched various pest control companies in the area and Pro Active was highest rated and I totally agree.
I absolutely recommend Pro Active Pest Control. I have used their service for years now and they always have great technicians (all of them) and the service is superior.
This was our first inspection and treatment of our new property and our technician Salamo was so informed of our needs and did not try and upsell us on additional services or products. He treated areas to protect our home from insects and rodents. We would highly recommend him and his company.
Jeff was very considerate and thorough, he did a great job.
Christopher always does a great job!
Dakota did an excellent job keeping those summer spiders, and wasps etc. away. Still having a several nest I knocked down with lots of wasp activity and hoping you can return in two weeks to spray again. Thank you
We are so happy that Nichole H is our technician. She is very thorough and sprays all of the cracks so bugs don't get through. She also remembers to change the bug boxes in the garage. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing the service.
Pro Active has been terrific to work with for years and we just don't have bugs like we used to. Isaac is great to work with.
The best experience. Jyron was a consummate professional and an educator. I found this impressive and helpful. He was thorough and meticulous and a pleasure to have working on my house. This is a very responsive company and I recommend them without hesitation.

I had an excellent experience with Pro Active Pest Control thanks to Keith. He was punctual, professional, and very thorough during the initial service. Keith took the time to explain everything he was doing, answered all my questions, and made sure the treatment plan was clear and effective. He later came out a…
Robert was really terrific. He is clearly getting the job done. There are so many less moths in here than there were just 2 weeks ago. He's professional and personable and trustworthy. I'd be comfortable leaving him in the house if I had to leave. That's not something I take lightly.
The team at Pro Active has kept the spiders and ants at bay out here in Plumas Lake. We are extremely grateful to have members like Brian who come out, even in inclement weather, and take care of us. First rate group.
Absolutely pleased with the work Pro Active Pest Control. Thank you Jeff Lyons taking care of the house rodents.
We had our first consultation today and our tech Samuel was happy to answer all of our questions. Samuel explained everything he was spraying and the reason for it. He took his time around the house, letting us know where the traps were placed and even recommended certain traps due to our location. Great guy to talk…
Great service, attention to detail and results of less pests! Highly recommend!
The technician called 30 minutes before arriving, asked what was needed or what pests we had any issues with (if any) and promptly got to work. Happy with the service.
Awesome service! Thank you Jyron!
My daughter has been with Pro Active Pest Control since 2023. My son in law is Marine. He fell ill so my daughter had to care for him full time. So, my son in law has gained his wings. I called PAPC to cancel our service. I called to get the late fee waived which was $5.00 I was going to pay our bill off. I was…

Brian provided excellent service and communication.
Great communication, explained what he was going to do, asked questions on what I might be seeing, talked thru the process extremely well. Was kept well informed before, during, and after the service. He took a lot of pride in what he is doing and how he is doing it.
My technician Jyron is The best employee to service my property in 12 years!
I want to give a shout out to Joseph Beltram. He came and did my service and was very polite. He explained everything to me, cleaned up the spider webs and got rid of a bee hive that was forming in our eaves. I really appreciate the friendly prompt service he performed!
Titus has come by to do our pest sprays and he's always on time, always courteous, respectful, and is in and out to do the job quick. He recommends what treatment should be done, when it should be done, and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure having him come do our service. Would highly recommend.
