They listened to me. They loved my dog.
Always prompt. Live person always answered the phone when I need to call. That is such a wonderful time and emotional saver in this day of AI.
We have used Proactive Pest Control for years, and signing up has been one of the best home care decisions we've made. Our regular service tech Brian embodies what great customer service looks like. Pests are a challenge for our location. But with Proactive servicing our place the pests are manageable. Our service…
Brian was very professional. Went above and beyond expectations. I recommend and will call Proactive next time I need pest control.
Keith is an good technician listening to customer pain , problem and offer good solution . He know what he needs to do for the situation.
I absolutely recommend Pro Active Pest Control. I have used their service for years now and they always have great technicians (all of them) and the service is superior.
This was our first inspection and treatment of our new property and our technician Salamo was so informed of our needs and did not try and upsell us on additional services or products. He treated areas to protect our home from insects and rodents. We would highly recommend him and his company.
Love Pro Active! Brian services our house and he's the best. If he notices areas that need extra work, he will gladly come back out a second time to finish up the job. Love how they go through the extra effort without us even having to ask.
I have been with proactive pest control since i moved here in 2019 They have always been very attentive to all my pest control needs . I highly recommend them. Also my current technician , Brian W. , is great !! He is so knowledgeable , hardworking and friendly !!!
Dakota did an excellent job keeping those summer spiders, and wasps etc. away. Still having a several nest I knocked down with lots of wasp activity and hoping you can return in two weeks to spray again. Thank you
Scott came back to take a second look at some wasp nests that were built around our patio. He also took care of webs that were missed by the previous technician. He was in constant contact with me and ensured that he was able to eliminate the wasp nests for us. It’s been over a month and no wasps. We are also seeing…

Thorough and Professional
Pro Active Pest Control has serviced our residence for a number of years. Their technicians are knowledgeable and personable.
Great service. Our tech is very knowledgeable and friendly. Pest issues really scared my wife and I as homeowners. Robert informed us on exactly what he was doing to help us and found the right words to reassure us.
William was friendly, efficient and professional. I’m lucky to have him as my Technician
It’s very nice
We've had Pro Active for a bit over a year now and my husband and I are very happy with their excellent service they always provide. We normally get Jeffrey and he does and excellent job. Would definitely recommend this Pest Control company if you are in need of one :)
Great communication, explained what he was going to do, asked questions on what I might be seeing, talked thru the process extremely well. Was kept well informed before, during, and after the service. He took a lot of pride in what he is doing and how he is doing it.
I want to give a shout out to Joseph Beltram. He came and did my service and was very polite. He explained everything to me, cleaned up the spider webs and got rid of a bee hive that was forming in our eaves. I really appreciate the friendly prompt service he performed!
Our technician is Paul. Paul was professional, friendly and did a great job!
Jyron from Pro Active Pest Control is super professional, polite, friendly, and punctual. We are lucky to have him service in our area!
We love the service we get from Pro Active technicians. Ben was awesome- on time, called ahead as promised, and did a thorough job. Thank you Ben and Pro Active.
Missed a lot of spider webs especially on the fence and lights. The previous guy who used to do my house did a much better job UPDATE: Brian came out and went over all the spots that the previous technician missed and resprayed again. He was very thorough and polite. Very happy with Proactive Pest Control
So thankful for Michael. He took the time to inspect my home for openings for our little mice friends that like to live in our garage. He was the first technician to take time out to really look and inform of us where our problem was. He was so polite and patient with all my questions and concerns. 10's across the board
Always on time, courteous and absoute professionals. Team members are knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Reasonable, professional and responsive!

We’ve been using them for a while now and have been very happy with their service. We’ve also had pretty much the same guy (Josh Meeks) come and do the service every time since we moved in. We had quite a problem when we moved in and they’ve kept up nicely with it. He always asks if there’s anything new going on or…
Joshua Meeks provides excellent customer service and I highly recommend him. Very knowledgeable but what he doesn’t know he knows who to ask.
