We made an appointment, dropped off the car and all work was done in good time. Very friendly people. Everything was explained and all costs were quoted up front. We would recommend Pro Auto Care with confidence.

Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Easy 5 stars. I won't say that I can't wait to come back (nobody wishes for car trouble), but this will definitely be my first choice for any future needs.

This did a great job with my wife's car to fix something i could not. I was very happy with the service I received. Kyle checked my car in and gave me piece of mind that they would take care my issues. I felt so much better after they serviced my car and I will use this auto shop exclusively!! Great customer service!!

Got us in as we were driving through town. Diagnosed our car right away and even saved us some money by salvaging a part that originally looked like it needed replaced. Very pleasant people to deal with as well.

My truck broke down on me driving from Chicago to Gatlinburg TN. and I don’t think I could’ve went to a better place than Pro Auto Care! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and they made sure we felt at home and they made it a priority to get us back on the road asap. If I lived in the area, I wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else but pro auto care.

What a great experience! I have found a new home for my car. I loved how they did the diagnostic and then color coded by priority. From making the appointment, drop off and pick up it was first class service. Every person I encountered was pleasant, detail oriented and the communication was excellent. Service was flawless. These guys are honest and good. Though they had my car longer than anticipated they kept me informed. They normally close at noon on Friday and closed through the weekend they worked on it through the weekend to make sure it was right. They do great work and are upfront with you.
