Pro Auto Care

I have taken my vehicle and my wife's vehicle to them. We have always been very happy with their customer service and their repair work. I highly recommend Pro Auto Care for your automotive repair and service needs.

I'm always pleased with Pro Auto Care's work! They're very efficient and affordable. I've been taking our cars there for years. The new management continues the tradition of excellent service!

Dropped off my wife's Lexus as scheduled mid-morning for rear brakes pads and rotors replacement and fuel system service. Everything completed and tested in time to pick up mid-afternoon. Great friendly service.

I had a great experience with Pro Auto Care. From start to finish, the team was excellent to work. My service advisor, Kyle, was patient, communicative, and made sure I understood every step of the process . Michael, the technician, did outstanding work on my truck, and it’s running better than it has in a long… Read full review

Very detailed and professional. This shop was recommended to me by my boss. Also a coworker had nothing but good things to say about this place and now that I’ve shared the experience I can honestly agree with them both!!

Took my car here this morning to get a tune up and preventative maintenance done because I reached 100,000 miles and it was time. Spoke with Jacob who was very nice and courteous. I got to meet his dog Rufus who's so adorable. I dropped my car off at 7:30 this morning. I love the fact that they had a shuttle service… Read full review

The most important part of getting your car repair is having a honest mechanic you can trust to fix your car. I have gone to Pro Auto for the last five years and have complete faith in Mike and his team.

Jacob was very nice and communicative. I loved how I was able to see all the info about the diagnostic on the website. My car was fixed in a very timely fashion. I will definitely be coming back here if I have any other issues!!

I took my car in, come to find out I needed new front struts because they were rusted and they were leaking bad. I also needed brake pads and rotors. The awesome thing is they sent me pictures of what it all looked like. They suggested new tires, but said they’re not needed right now. Overall I think they were… Read full review

Very thorough, honest and direct!! Friendly too ❤️ love these guys! Kyle is phenomenal., and thanks for the honesty and being so thorough!!

This place was top notch from the time I called til the time I left with my car taken care of!! They gave me a quote for three things, sent it to me digitally with details, applied special coupon that I knew nothing about, and there was no pressure at all. They offered a loaner to get home but I chose to wait in… Read full review

Man listen, as a single woman, who men and mechanics like to prey on... I can always count on Jacob and the PAC team! I am so thankful I've found an auto shop, and guys I can trust. Are they a tad bit higher than others...?... sure, however between their great attitudes, the ability to get a free loaner car, and… Read full review

These guys are professional in every way. Great communication and great service!

All good with items except this morning bringing stepdaughter to school. Vehicle was stopped and idling when red engine light came on and engine turned off for a minute. Restarted engine and went on.

Always professional and friendly. Good expert service. I am grateful that I found them.

Pro Auto place is THE only place I trust to service my vehicle whether it’s a new problem or general maintenance. And, to make it easy in me, they offer a shuttle drop off and pick up service FREE OF CHARGE. Would give it ten stars if I could. They are professional, thoughtful and transparent with their prices and the work that my car required.

Had a friend tell me about these guys, and he said they were a great place to get honest opinions about repairs and quality workmanship. Based on my first few experiences there, I can't say that I disagree! Thinking we'll probably start taking all of our business to them until we have a reason not to!

I’m a come-back costumer and this is your go-to mechanic. I dropped off my vehicle at 20th, Mike and his experienced team sent my truck back on roads the weekends right before Christmas. I would trust this business all time.

They have been great! I like to keep cars running forever and really count on a good relationship with my mechanic. They are honest, fair and fast!

Great folks and excellent service!

Great communication and work from Pro Auto. Mike kept me informed of process and status. The car runs better now then before the issues

Honest, quick, friendly. Fixed things in a snap that my dealership service center couldn’t find. Very accommodating and informative. Recommended other maintenance shops in the area for specialized work who can do certain jobs faster/cheaper/with warrantees. Couldn’t ask for a better team tbh

Amazing work and Crew!

Mike always take great care of me and my truck. In an ultra competitive world, it's good to know that the team at Pro Auto Care are fair and trustworthy when it comes to the maintenance of our vehicles. I won't go anywhere else!
