First time I’ve been to the shop. All staff Professional and polite. The shop Was clean. The repair was done in a timely manner.

Pro Auto Care is a business I trust and feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with for services and repairs. This visit they changed my oil and repaired a headlight on my Range Rover.

The most important part of getting your car repair is having a honest mechanic you can trust to fix your car. I have gone to Pro Auto for the last five years and have complete faith in Mike and his team.

Had a wonderful experience. Went in to fix my AC. While inspecting my car, they found so many other safety issues (2019 toyota with 150K miles, no prior routine maintenance except oil changes). Wow! I am thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, caring attitude, and friendliness of Jacob and my mechanic, Nick. They helped me understand the problem and find the best solution. I will be using this shop for all my future services. If you're looking for friendly, knowledgeable mechanics, this is the place.

We have used this shop several times. Both of our kids live in Louisville and we live in Lexington which makes a break down different to deal with. Every time we call the shop to help they are wondering!
