Pro Auto Care is a business I trust and feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with for services and repairs. This visit they changed my oil and repaired a headlight on my Range Rover.

The most important part of getting your car repair is having a honest mechanic you can trust to fix your car. I have gone to Pro Auto for the last five years and have complete faith in Mike and his team.

Wow! I am thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, caring attitude, and friendliness of Jacob and my mechanic, Nick. They helped me understand the problem and find the best solution. I will be using this shop for all my future services. If you're looking for friendly, knowledgeable mechanics, this is the place.

We have used this shop several times. Both of our kids live in Louisville and we live in Lexington which makes a break down different to deal with. Every time we call the shop to help they are wondering!

Great experience with Pro Auto Team - kind, fast, professional, and with great pricing (the A14 service for my Honda was a full $1k cheaper than at the Honda dealership). Took my 2005 Camry in for a 100,000 mile tune up. Had car inspected as well. Found a couple of issues that needed attention. All work performed quickly and efficiently. Good service and would recommend.

What a great experience! I have found a new home for my car. I loved how they did the diagnostic and then color coded by priority. From making the appointment, drop off and pick up it was first class service. Every person I encountered was pleasant, detail oriented and the communication was excellent. Service was flawless. Pro Auto place is THE only place I trust to service my vehicle whether it’s a new problem or general maintenance. And, to make it easy in me, they offer a shuttle drop off and pick up service FREE OF CHARGE. Would give it ten stars if I could. They are professional, thoughtful and transparent with their prices and the work that my car required.

Mike and his crew at Pro Auto always provide outstanding service. They take time to explain the work that my car needs and why. I always feel that they only do what is necessary and charge fair prices for parts and labor.

Prompt repair and explanation according to diagnosis. Not inexpensive but accurate and fixed my problem as diagnosed. 24 month/24,000 mile warranty was a valued selling point.
