Pro Auto Care

First time I’ve been to the shop. All staff Professional and polite. The shop Was clean. The repair was done in a timely manner.

Good place for service. They can do anything from oil changes to major repairs. Friendly staff. Update. Took my car in for a rattle in the rear. Turned out to be the muffler hitting on a metal plate. Pro Auto Care was able to repair the existing parts. My only cost was labor. Most shops would have said I needed a… Read full review

Excellent service. Very Professional. Go out of their way to answer your questions and explain details of their services. Fair prices and courtesy rides to and from their service center. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Pro Auto Care. From start to finish, the team was excellent to work. My service advisor, Kyle, was patient, communicative, and made sure I understood every step of the process . Michael, the technician, did outstanding work on my truck, and it’s running better than it has in a long… Read full review

Took my car here this morning to get a tune up and preventative maintenance done because I reached 100,000 miles and it was time. Spoke with Jacob who was very nice and courteous. I got to meet his dog Rufus who's so adorable. I dropped my car off at 7:30 this morning. I love the fact that they had a shuttle service… Read full review

Excellent, courteous service.

The most important part of getting your car repair is having a honest mechanic you can trust to fix your car. I have gone to Pro Auto for the last five years and have complete faith in Mike and his team.

Had a wonderful experience. Went in to fix my AC. While inspecting my car, they found so many other safety issues (2019 toyota with 150K miles, no prior routine maintenance except oil changes). As a recently separated woman in her 50s who knows nothing about cars, navigating the mechanic alone can seem scary. But… Read full review

I had a great experience at Pro Auto Care Middletown. They thoroughly explained the issue with my vehicle and helped prioritize which items needed to be completed first before a long road trip. I appreciated the details. Staff was courteous. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Pro Auto Care highly enough, they are always timely, responsive, and trustworthy. Not only did they service my last vehicle for me, but I came back to get a car inspected that I wanted to buy and they provided extremely useful feedback that saved me a ton of monty and frustration. Don't buy a… Read full review

Wow! I am thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, caring attitude, and friendliness of Jacob and my mechanic, Nick. They helped me understand the problem and find the best solution. I will be using this shop for all my future services. If you're looking for friendly, knowledgeable mechanics, this is the place.

We have used this shop several times. Both of our kids live in Louisville and we live in Lexington which makes a break down different to deal with. Every time we call the shop to help they are wondering!

My go-to for automotive service. Clear, and concise communication and very fair pricing. Kyle is easy to work with and I could not be happier about the service provided. I am a returning customer. Pro Auto Care has replaced my radiator, water pump, serviced my AC, repaired a broken sway bar, and several other… Read full review

Man listen, as a single woman, who men and mechanics like to prey on... I can always count on Jacob and the PAC team! I am so thankful I've found an auto shop, and guys I can trust. Are they a tad bit higher than others...?... sure, however between their great attitudes, the ability to get a free loaner car, and… Read full review

Took my 2005 Camry in for a 100,000 mile tune up. Had car inspected as well. Found a couple of issues that needed attention. All work performed quickly and efficiently. Good service and would recommend.

One of the best repair shops in Louisville.

they always take great care of my car never had a bad experience. great customer service always!

Honest, friendly shop! Looked over an estimate I received elsewhere, put my car up on the rack and then showed me that I had no leaks. Saved me $1700.

Great experience with Pro Auto Care—from the diagnosis to completing the repair—they have a returning customer for sure. Nick did a great job with our 27 year old Old’s!

Best service I could ask for from the team. They kept me informed and took great care of me. I really appreciate Jacob and Reynaldo helping me. Thank you to the technicians who brought my car back to running smoothly!

Very informative and communicative on cost, repairs and timeline. Very knowledgeable experts. I will be back.

What a great experience! I have found a new home for my car. I loved how they did the diagnostic and then color coded by priority. From making the appointment, drop off and pick up it was first class service. Every person I encountered was pleasant, detail oriented and the communication was excellent. Service was flawless. Always professional and friendly. Good expert service. I am grateful that I found them.

always have a great experience so professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my car worked on.

Pro Auto place is THE only place I trust to service my vehicle whether it’s a new problem or general maintenance. And, to make it easy in me, they offer a shuttle drop off and pick up service FREE OF CHARGE. Would give it ten stars if I could. They are professional, thoughtful and transparent with their prices and the work that my car required.

Had a friend tell me about these guys, and he said they were a great place to get honest opinions about repairs and quality workmanship. Based on my first few experiences there, I can't say that I disagree! Thinking we'll probably start taking all of our business to them until we have a reason not to!

Always professional. Very thorough, did a great job. Couldn't be more pleased.

Great service, friendly knowledgeable staff! My go-to place for auto maintenance and repairs.

This is a company that strives to provide the best customer service possible. I highly recommend them.

They have been great! I like to keep cars running forever and really count on a good relationship with my mechanic. They are honest, fair and fast!

Tried them for the first time and they went above and beyond. I will be using them as my mechanic going forward.

Very knowledgeable

Pro Auto, their Techs are professionals. They always do a great job. I've been going to Pro Auto for 5 yrs, with any complaints. They been working on my cars without any unnecessary up charges or extra work. Mike, always let's you know what they did and what needs to be done to your car for quality maintenance. Great group of guys.

Just had my car serviced here for the second time. Both experiences were excellent. I would recommend Pro Auto to anyone looking for quality care. Thanks AAAA+++++

Mike and his crew at Pro Auto always provide outstanding service. They take time to explain the work that my car needs and why. I always feel that they only do what is necessary and charge fair prices for parts and labor.

Prompt repair and explanation according to diagnosis. Not inexpensive but accurate and fixed my problem as diagnosed. 24 month/24,000 mile warranty was a valued selling point.

Knowledgeable and professional.

Pro Auto Care is the only place I take my vehicles. They have great guys working in the place all around. Never had an issue or incident to report. Well worth the money spent going to Pro Auto.

Wonderful experience. Fast diagnosis, and great mechanics. Not to mention friendly because I can be a.lot. Thanks guy's especially Mike.:)

Great guys to work with. Always on top of everything and keep you informed.

Honest, quick, friendly. Fixed things in a snap that my dealership service center couldn’t find. Very accommodating and informative. Recommended other maintenance shops in the area for specialized work who can do certain jobs faster/cheaper/with warrantees. Couldn’t ask for a better team tbh

Great job

Great place and people to work with. Highly recommend and will be taking my truck back for any work I need done

They did my afm/dod replacement. I’ve also had my starter replaced and some general automotive maintenance. Although it’s quite a drive for me (I live in New Albany, IN) it’s worth it for the piece of mind in the quality of work as well as the trust I have in telling me the truth about necessary repairs. I asked for an honest mechanic. Who knew it was found right here! I got more then I asked for at no extra cost and this place got a 2005 with 200k miles car going strong! I’m sure I’ll need them again but knowing they are here takes so much stress away. Thanks Mike.

2nd time visiting Pro Auto Care and had yet another great (huge-sigh-of-relief) experience. Very reasonable rates and just an overall wonderful experience. 10/10 recommend!!

Pro Auto is always very accommodating - they schedule service appointments in a timely manner and are very fair in their pricing! I trust their expertise in servicing my Mini Cooper!

This shop is great. I had them check out my vehicle’s suspension. Multiple employees inspected my vehicle and found nothing wrong. They got me into the shop quickly and got my vehicle back to me the same day. They assured me my car was fine but if some issue were to arise I could stop by any time and have a tech… Read full review

I was long-time family friends with the former owners of Pro Auto so when ownership changed last year I was a little nervous. Luckily it seems that the new ownership has taken over right where the former guys left off and has kept up the good work. No complaints and they've done great work on my 4Runner thus far.

They accurately diagnosed the issue and fixed my vehicle in less than 48 hours. The overnight drop off option is awesome as well. They kept in contact with me throughout the repair process and sent an easy link to pay for service. Pick up was a breeze. Thank you so much.
