Fast fair priced. My family's mechanic. Mike and his team are awesome!
The service was thorough and prompt and the people were very friendly.
This was my first time taking my car to a local shop instead of a big chain store, and I was floored! Everyone I met at the Aiken Rd location was so kind and seemed to genuinely care about helping me with my car. As a woman, it’s honestly a little daunting to go to an auto shop, and I’ve not had very welcoming…
Great experience as always. Rufus the dog made an appearance and he is such a sweet doggie. Mike, Jacob, Renaldo, and the whole crew are so warm and friendly. I can't remember everyone's name that I interacted with. I thought I needed rear brakes but I actually needed spark plugs, a serpentine belt, and an…
The most important part of getting your car repair is having a honest mechanic you can trust to fix your car. I have gone to Pro Auto for the last five years and have complete faith in Mike and his team.
The staff is terrific, I waited for my service and witnessed their interactions with other customers and was impressed with the honesty. As a non professional mechanic, I understand cars, never did I hear a sales pitch. I will use Pro Auto Care for future repairs I don’t do myself.
Huge shoutout to Kyle and the technician Michael for taking care of my car today. They went above and beyond walking me through everything that was adjusted and explaining exactly why it needed to be done, which I really appreciated. No other shop could get me in on such short notice, but they made it happen…
I brought my car in for an alignment and it’s the first time I’ve ever been satisfied with the report at the end. The tech was Michael. He didn’t just get everything into the green. Everything that could be adjusted was centered in the range and well matched side to side. On worn components affecting the alignment,…
Very professional from my first inquiry until completion of the job. We’re very thorough in their description of what needed to be done and why. It was a great experience. Will definitely go back.
Honest shop with outstanding customer service! I would highly recommend.
I have taken a handful of cars to Pro Auto care for alignments or a 1234yf AC service. They offer great communication, super fast turnaround and most importantly great customer service. I can’t recommend this team enough!
I had a great experience here! They were kind and got me in for a quick appointment. Everyone I encountered was friendly, greeted me, and made conversation like we were friends. The shop was clean, and the waiting area was comfortable and pleasant. It’s nice to find a place that treats you well and makes the whole experience easy. Highly recommend!
Great overall experience. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable
It was an our first time using this excellent car shop! Very professional and friendly as well as getting the car repairs as promised. We will definitely be back. Great team work. I know they drive the car to road test the work on both the city and the highway.
I have coming to ProAuto care for all of our cars needs for over 10 years. I trust the team at Pro auto care to do quality work, fair prices and reliable service. The one time we had a job that was not within their expertise they referred me to where I needed to go to get the work done (this was a major issue). This…

I’ve used Pro Auto Care several times and always have a great experience!
Absolutely a great place to take your car. Very considerate and professional. I'm extremely happy with the work and prices. I recommend them highly!
Excellent experience getting a front end alignment. I’m a DIYer so I’m picky about choosing a shop. James was super friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone!
Pro Auto was recommended to me by the company I work for and they definitely met my expectations. Mike was great to work with because he provided ample information about the needed maintenance on my vehicle. This information allowed me to make an educated decision about the services I wanted to select for my…
Mike always take great care of me and my truck. In an ultra competitive world, it's good to know that the team at Pro Auto Care are fair and trustworthy when it comes to the maintenance of our vehicles. I won't go anywhere else!
