Annie and Julie were fantastic! Annie gave me a pretty pink gel pedicure and Julie did a beautiful build a gel manicure! Will definitely come back!

I’m confused cause I got my Nails done and hated them, went back the same day and got them done and got charged an additional “$30 polish change” cost. I paid and left and won’t be back. The nails themself look much better but to be charged 2x cause they weren’t cute and looked (like teeth) the first time doesn’t sit right with me.

We’d like to clarify that the original shape and design were selected by you, and our technician did explain and discuss the expected outcome with you before completing the service. When you returned later that same day and decided you wanted a different look, we were happy to accommodate the changes. The $30 charge was for the additional polish change service requested after the original service had been done. We understand that you may have had a different expectation regarding the additional charge, and we are sorry for any misunderstanding. We always strive to communicate clearly and make sure our clients are comfortable with their choices and services. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.

What a fun and relaxing experience! Trang designed a nail shape and style just for me to help me get started on a path to my long-term nail goals. I went from thin and flimsy nails to a beautiful, natural, classic-looking French style, complete with suggestions for how to maintain and improve them over time. I will definitely be coming back, and bringing my little one next time to get in on the fun.
