Had sewage back up into my tub, sinks gurgling when we ran the washer, etc. They snaked the main line, said there was no obstruction, pinned the problem on the septic tank and left. $250. Called a septic guy, the tank was not the problem but I had him pump anyways since he'd already dug it up.…

Had them do some work and they hit an electrical line to our sewage pump - said there was nothing they could do and didn’t offer to help pay for those damages.
