Called in the morning and they were here before the afternoon on the same day. Great customer service. The carpet came out better than I expected because there were some really bad stains. Definitely will recommend them and use them in the future

Great work! He explained everything to me thoroughly. So I knew exactly what I was paying for. And he was even able to get a stain out that we weren't really sure would come out that my previous carpet cleaner didn't get out. Highly highly recommend! Friendly, respectful, and professional.

We got a carpet cleaning on such short notice. They came the next day. I even gave them the wrong amount of rooms, forgot a closet. They accommodate and the price was great. I would highly recommend.

10 out of 10! Professional and high quality doesn't even begin to describe these folks. I called in a bind during a last minute move, and Pro Team came to the rescue. They stretched, repaired, and cleaned the flooring around the entire house all within a single day. They were even willing to come outside of their… Read full review

This was such an amazing experience! Super friendly, fast and the carpets looks great!!!!

Heraclio was very efficient and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Also just generally a really nice guy. Thank you!

Christopher was awesome and early! We hired them for a move-out carpet clean and it was beautiful. The landlords complained of an “odor” which they then went back and took care of for free. Super responsive and available. Definitely recommend for your cleaning service.

Chris was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable! Great job done.

He did a great job!!!! he was very professional and knowledgeable. We will recommend them to everyone.

My carpet has never looked as good as it does after the cleaning with pro

They were very easy to schedule with and the cleaner arrived exactly on time. The cleaning job they did was amazing. I had some area rugs and when I picked them up before the cleaning you could see how soiled the surrounding carpet looked. After the cleaning you couldn't see any difference. Hightly recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised by how great this company was. They arrived on time, were very communicative, did a great job cleaning, and prices were as expected. Will use again.

Very responsive. During our original appointment, our cleaner developed heat exhaustion and was unable to finish the job. The customer service team was able to have a carpet technician come the next morning to finish the job, and the quality was amazing! Thank you!

Highly recommend this company! Christopher did a FABULOUS job cleaning our carpets and couches. The before and after difference is astounding! I also appreciated that he was willing to price out per room so we could get the services we needed at a fair price rather than having to choose a one size fits all package.

Your team member was very professional and did an excellent job. I recommend Pro Team Carpet Cleaning to anyone needing the service

2nd time using. Very happy once again!

I used this company to clean my carpets before moving out. Radale was super professional, knowledgeable and confident he could clean our carpets. He was true to his word and did an amazing job. My landlord was very satisfied with how he received the house back. I definitely recommend them to everyone!

Appreciated the tech calling to say he would be early. The carpet repair was expertly done and the cleaning was thorough and quickly completed. Excellent price point as well.

The technician was professional and pleasant for the most part, however when he was cleaning the stairs the water overspray saturated the hope chest that was passed down to me from my grandmother and caused the wood to warp and discolor - very sad!

Super nice guys. Very polite. High quality workmanship.

Pro Team Carpet Cleaning is the type of business that you call back again and again. I've used them to clean my carpets, and then recently to clean by dryer vents. I love doing business with them!

Very responsive, professional, great carpet clean. Pleasure to work with.

Radale showed on time and got right to work. He had the carpets cleaned in 45 mins. Super professional and friendly. The carpets looked amazing!

Thanks so much for all the communication and wonderful work. Our carpet needed deep cleaning and recieved the much needed upkeep.

Christopher came on time after he called to tell me when he'd be here. He explained what he could do and what to expect with results. Went to work and was finished in a timely fashion. Left areas looking wonderful. He also gave me some information about area rugs and their care, which I didn't know. Would use this company again. Thanks

The technician Rydell was very professional, courteous, & efficient. He explained on what he was doing & letting me know as the outcome of the cleaning. The hallway look 10 times cleaner, since it had spots from my dog & dirt from being a traffic area.

Pro Team Carpet Cleaning was perfect in every way! The representative was friendly, my appointment was set quickly and the technician was excellent. He cleaned and stretched my 5-year-old carpet and now it looks like new! Highly recommend!

They were absolutely amazing! They were able to fit me in on their schedule with almost no time in advance because they knew I had a timeline. I would definitely use their service again. Very responsive, professional and they did a great job on the carpets!
