Avoid ProTech Plumbing at all costs. I paid nearly $2,000 for what turned into a nightmare. The tech missed an obvious leak—you could hear water rushing—and didn’t even knock out the disposal plug, a basic step any competent plumber should know.

Stay away!! After using this company for over 12 years they have been going down hill. Most recently a repairman and salesman (because they automatically send a sales person when your unit is old) told me my AC needed $6k in repairs and tried to hard sell me on a full replacement at $20k. Thankfully I went with a second opinion from another company who quickly found I simply needed a new thermostat and it cost less then $500.

I have one room in my home not cooling. This company gave me options but kept pushing for me to buy all new ducts. This made no sense to me when I only have a problem with one room cooling. Their quotes were very pricey. I went with another company that offered me additional options and better prices.

Michael & Tim showed up and saved the day this morning! When I called this morning at 7:30 the earliest someone was supposed to be able to be to me to fix my broken AC was at the end of the day.
To my great surprise my doorbell rang at 9AM and my heros had arrived. They got the system repaired and up and running with a new motor in under 2 hours and I am so happy. :)
