Top tier service. I even missed the doorbell and phone calls when he showed up, and made him wait on me. He wouldnt accept a word of apology over it. He just assured me that things happen. Very polite and knowledgeable and gave great instructions on how to prevent further problems. My toilets flush and my showers drain and I couldnt be happier.
