Justin came out this morning. He did a great job. He’s real knowledgeable. Took the time to answer every question I had. I highly recommend him
Jared was amazing! He answered every question we had and fixed the problem to our shower right then and there. I would recommend Pro the Distance to anyone who has plumbing issues. We will definitely be using them in the future! Thank You!
We cannot say enough about Mike and Elliot’s work on our barn-shed full bathroom. These two guys dove into a huge project and never once complained or said they couldn’t get it done. That’s professionalism. By the end of the day, everything was working tiptop and they left it cleaner than they found it. It’s hard…
Justin was amazing and got the job done quickly. He was extremely kind and professional. Will request his services again!
Elliott was amazing! We had a plumbing emergency with our shower and he came out and took care of us. He even had the parts in his truck to fix and replace! He was so kind and communicative and walked us through what he was doing and got us all fixed back up! 10/10 would recommend again!!
What a great experience with Jared! From the first phone call super polite and Good vibes ! He was super punctual and obviously knew what he was doing. He got the work done right away and he did it right. Will definitely be calling him again for the other side of our duplex.
Our experience with Smith Bros. Plumbing was top notch. Even after two rescheduled appointments due to emergencies, the team at Smith Bros. were communicative which to me and my family means a lot. Justin our plumber was fantastic, helpful and incredibly honest when diagnosing and fixing our shower drain issue.…
Justin was helpful and great at walking through problems
This was the second time we have used Smith Plumbing and Gas. Jared was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He got us scheduled quickly. His work was fantastic. I definitely recommend him for all of your plumbing needs.
David and Zak were amazing! They showed up on time, wore shoe covers inside, listened attentively to the problem, and spent ample time root causing the issue. They were able to catch a problem early, before it became a bigger issue which I am grateful for. I can’t recommend this company enough for reliable, fast, and friendly service!
Jared is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He is an excellent communicator, explaining everything that he was doing to fix our water leak and answering questions and fixing other plumbing issues of concern. An overall very pleasant experience. Smith Brothers Plumbing was quick to respond to taking care of…
Justin arrived promptly, examined the issues while taking into account my requests, planned out the work, and quickly gave me the estimated total before even beginning the work. He explained everything in detail, then did an excellent job and cleaned/tidied up after. He even gave me an estimate for some additional work I asked him about.
On time, friendly, professional, explained issues found and how to repair, fair price! Jared was great! I will definitely use Smith Bros Plumbing for all my future plumbing issues! Thank you.
I called on a Friday afternoon, and Aaryn was at my house the following Monday. Ikea and Aaryn have great customer service skills and are very thorough on explaining next steps. I would have given 5 stars, but I found them to be extremely overpriced. There is an $86 trip charge just for a quote, including that, my…
Aaryn was awesome. He provided a competitive quote which was much less one of the “bigger” plumbing companies in town that didn’t have time to bother with calling us back. His communication and professionalism was top notch, and we won’t hesitate to use his services again!
My shower drain had one of those newer push down or push up valves. It failed to stay open most of the time while taking a shower. Smith Plumbing came within three hours to look at the problem. The shower drain assembly was changed that evening and it is draining as it should have been from the beginning. Would recommend to a friend/family.
Aaryn was super responsive and diagnosed and resolved both a hot water recirculation and water pressure issue quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended!
